Dear guest, First of all, receive a warm greeting from TRS Turquesa Hotel, thank you very much for having chosen us in the Caribbean environment as the ideal hotel for the delight of such a special occasion as it is your "Honeymoon". It is an honor to know that our people, the gardens, our gastronomic offer, our facilities and the beautiful beach with turquoise waters and white sand have been some of the details that truly added value to your stay. We deeply regret that our hotel has not fully lived up to your expectations as it has been for many of our visitors, please accept our apologies as it is not our intention that these things happen, your opinion will be shared with our Management so that they take immediate actions to improve all those aspects not so positive that you have not mentioned. Regarding the food, we are greatly surprised that you have not found any food service at 3:00 pm since our resort has a brand new Beach Club that serves food at all hours, we also have a 24/7 room service, In addition to the above mentioned, we also have a Snack available 24/7 called "Sport Bar", we will do our best efforts to get better the communication between our dear guests and the hotel so that you all can take advantage of our facilities. You are and will always be welcome to this your home in Punta Cana, so please grant us the privilege of celebrating your first anniversary with us to show you that we are able to exceed your expectations.
