Your comments about your experience at the airport are not unique and we do express our concerns from time to time to the authorities when there are several flights arriving simultaneously. Fortunately, under normal conditions the airport is quite well organized and offers a far better service. I am sorry you were inconvenienced at the beginning of your holiday by the room allocation and hope that we did eventually manage to satisfy your requests. The Easter period was particularly busy for us and when we do not get all the information from tour operators about room allocation it does prevent us from doing a perfect job.
