We are conveniently located near Poblacion’s famous spots, which makes it the perfect place for people looking to explore new restaurants and social hubs. We are happy to know that you liked our amenities as we very much value your stay with us. Yes, guests may use either a HDMI connector or their USB to screen movies on our TV. We feature hotel standard 12-inch spring mattresses and micro fibre pillows to make sure our guests would have a restful stay. We call our rooms nano suites, 12-sqm well appointed rooms with kitchenette. Space is limited but comfortable and basics provided perfect even for long-staying guests. Our guests may request for a room with a bigger bathroom, we would gladly arrange this move. We are disappointed that your stay didn't go as you expected. We thank you for providing details that will help us address all your concerns. We'd appreciate if you could share with us a copy of the communication screenshots. We make sure to provide all amenities presented in our booking sites, most items mentioned are not promised. Given our budget friendly rates, we advocate sustainable environmental efforts by providing 100% natural chemical free soaps and shampoo. We also have refreshments - housemade fresh tea in the lobby for all guests to enjoy. We'd like to share with you that we recently upgraded our internet service.
