Hello JazzyJas, The M Boutique Family looking for the old Summerset Lounge in then Westin, sighing "Thanks for choosing our sMall urban vintage hoMe and for leaving us a review on TripAdvisor!". We are happy that you had taken in the overall vibe and feel in our hoMe including the quirkiness in this sMallish hoMe. Please note that Hotel Rosa in Malacca was conceived well after we were up and running, and yes they are not part of our group. Thanks for the honest comments and please accept our apologies on your request about the rooms near the elevator; something which I personally chided them for; this should not happen in our hoMe. It is unfortunate that we will not be able to improve on the food quality as these outlets are leased out to other operators; and as such we have not much control over them. Based on your review, we will take the opportunity to strike an improvement in our services, no matter how sMall, based on all your invaluable comments here. As the M Boutique Family decides to walk down Clarke Quay, we are still grateful that you had taken the time and trouble to share your experiences with all. We hope to welcome you back to Ipoh in the Silver State. Perhaps you should venture to try our other personalities like M Boutique Station 18 (The Cool Jazzy One), M Boutique Kampar (The Studious Punk) or M Roof Hotel & Residences (The Corporate Bigwig)?
