We appreciate the time taken to post the review and we have noted your constructive feedback which we have certainly taken on board to ensure that our guest's satisfactions are met. However, regarding the constructions around us that is beyond our control which affects all the establishments in this part of Palm Jumeirah, and we all hope that this will be completed soon including the beach areas this side to give us a better ambiance and easy access to the hotel.
