Khun Phensiri, first of all, please accept my sincere apologies for all inconveniences caused to you upon check in with the room allocation even we have tried our best to have a new room ready as fast as possible, the issue have been briefed to look into the matter and we will do our best to improve our service to avoid the reoccurrence in the future. I also take note on your comment about the rain shower in the bathroom, breakfast varieties and the issue of bathtub. Being informed that we have master lighting control panel beside the bed, this has briefed the front team more aware when doing room orientation and unfortunately we have elevators available only in the main building and lobby, for wheelchair access is in our refurbishment project next year, thanks for rest this valuable sources to me.
