I had business meeting and incentive trip for the customer with 30 pax for 2 nights which I settled the bill.Very bad impression with front desk.The room is not ready even my staff who contacted to sales person informed the hotel that my room should be read to check in before 2

Dear Khun Phensiri, Thank you for taking your time to share your review. It was a real pleasure to have you and the group with us in the last few weeks. Khun Phensiri, first of all, please accept my sincere apologies for all inconveniences caused to you upon check in with the room allocation even we have tried our best to have a new room ready as fast as possible, the issue have been briefed to look into the matter and we will do our best to improve our service to avoid the reoccurrence in the future. I also take note on your comment about the rain shower in the bathroom, breakfast varieties and the issue of bathtub. Being informed that we have master lighting control panel beside the bed, this has briefed the front team more aware when doing room orientation and unfortunately we have elevators available only in the main building and lobby, for wheelchair access is in our refurbishment project next year, thanks for rest this valuable sources to me. Khun Phensiri, one more time, my sincere apologies for this and I hope you will provide us with a second chance to recover and have you experience. Kind regards, Stephane Duchenne General Manager
