I was in Anderson recently and needed a hotel for two nights. I decided to go with my old standby friend in Anderson at the Hampton. This Hampton Inn "was" my standard go-to location for family & friend getaways. It was nice, clean, great location and was overall my destination

Dear Guest; Thank you for taking time out of your schedule to provide us with some feedback regarding your recent stay. I would like to apologize on behalf of the entire staff for not meeting your expectations. I personally was not aware of the concerns that you expressed, or have any form of communication (voicemail or email) from any guest(s) or Hilton stating the above. I typically hear from all of my guest during the morning time as I'm working the desk during the first couple of hours every morning, during the week. I'm not sure if the staff felt that they handled your concerns or what reason why it was not communicated to management. I am sorry that you had to reach out to the Hilton Diamond Desk for a resolution As for the property, we are continuously working on improving our standards and keeping up with any repairs. Completing preventive maintenance on each room and those that have items reported by our staff. We try to address each issue before it reported by a guest, as we want our guest to have a wonderful experience. Our property is currently working on the plans for an upgrade, which should begin within the next year. Again, thanks for your feedback and we do apologize for your recent experience with us.
