Cozy and delicious, with that extra something special
The lid of the smoked fish dish actually reveals a puff of smoke when pulled off. The main courses sparkled, and the service was friendly and attentive. As for the atmosphere, it was is down to earth in a refined way. It was the best modern Latvian cuisine we found.
