Dear Shane B, Thank you for your comments and please accept my apologies for your experience on check in. We have very clear policies on our website and third party providers regarding a cash bond for non credit card paying guests and it was unfortunate it wasn't clear from the start. As for the air conditioning, we have a centralized system which can be placed under pressure when all guests are using this at the same time but our pools are very good for cooling our guests.
