Dear vkramaro, Thank you for your candid comments and overview of your recent experience at InterContinental Adelaide. I do understand your frustrations with the arrival experience you encountered and thank you very much for providing me with this feedback. I will mention that our hotel valet team look after hotel guest vehicles and the casino team handle their own client vehicles. At the time you arrived it is possible that a higher demand for hotel guest parking required for our valet team to utilise the casino designated area for a short term. Nevertheless, your feedback is important and we have taken this on board for staff training.
