We at the Savannah Beach Hotel, pride ourselves on providing excellent service and creating memorable holiday experiences for all of our guests. We also seek to remedy any issues our guests may encounter whilst with us. Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to address any of the areas outlined in your review as they were not brought to our attention. Nonetheless, we do apologize for any inconveniences you may have encountered whilst with us and we will review your feedback and address accordingly with the team. Even though you were here with us for only three days, we understand that Savannah Beach Hotel may not have been the ideal hotel for your needs.
