Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion about your holiday at the Elounda Bay Palace. We are delighted to see that you overall enjoyed the luxury accommodation and the facilities of the hotel as well as the warm hospitality offered by our attentive staff. We wish to advise all our guests that the prices at our a la carte restaurants and bars are very competitive to the other hotels of the same level in the Mediterranean area but you cannot compare the waterfront setting or the exclusive service of a 5 star hotel with prices of a local bar, taverna or restaurant. However, all opinions and suggestions are taken into serious consideration when making changes and improvements to the Elounda Bay Palace vacation experience.
