Dear gsald661, Thank you for this very sincere feedback. We are glad to know that you have enjoyed the atmosphere, the location and the overall stay with us. Regarding the room size, we regret not having reached your expectations. We do have some constraints related to the fact that we are in the historical building, in a listed building. Nonetheless, we sincerely hope that the level of comfort we offer, coupled with the convenient location and the high-tech facilities make up for it. Concerning the eggs at the breakfast, we are very sorry for what happened. This is a matter which we put a lot of effort to provide a flawless service and, due to it, we appreciate your intention of bringing it to us. As for the elevator, the alarm rang due to an issue at the bar - for security reasons, when it happens the elevators must stop. Furthermore, considering that Portugal national team was playing, we completely understand your feedback that the check-in was not as smooth as it usually is.
