    “Excellent service, but decor poses some minor challenges”

    We absolutely loved our stay here while we were in Amsterdam this past summer! Wolter and Peter were fantastic hosts, great cooks, as well as knowledgable ambassadors of Amsterdam to us throughout our trip. It's clear that they put a lot of love and thought into every detail of their service, like the multiple-coursed gourmet breakfast and the delicious treats... More

After reading your glowing review we are nevertheless surprised and saddened by the 4 start rating.
