That and the air conditioner worked wonderful, shocking for a Paris hotel. Other than that it looked old and dated, kind of creepy feel and the wallpaper was peeling in my room. I liked the fact that the tv had a large number of English speaking channels but the tv kept freezing…

Dear Guest, We thank you for sharing your experience at the Hotel Westminster on Tripadvisor. I am glad to read you the air conditioning met your expectations. The Hotel Westminster indeed is an historical building and this is why maybe you found it a bit old or dated. We do have though a more updated area and the rooms are more modern. I am sure the Signature rooms would match more with your needs. Concerning the twin beds turned into a double one I do confirm that we have this possibility but usually clients are very satisfied with the change. I am sorry this was not your case. The additionals comments and suggestions will be transmitted to the concerned departements in order to try to make improvements where needed.
