Dear ktburgess, Thank you for choosing to stay with us recently at Lough Eske Castle, a Solís Hotel & Spa and for taking time to share your valuable feedback. Thank you for your kind comments regarding your room, the public lounges, your dining experiences and the level of professional and friendly service that you received. I'm genuinely disappointed to hear of the issues you encountered during your stay - please accept my sincerest apologies and be assured that these issues do not reflect our usual high standards. I have passed on the issues to our engineering team, who have not rectified these issues. I apologise for the to go cup that you received, this is not our usual standard and not something we would usually do unless the guest was leaving the hotel. I do hope you will reconsider and return to stay with us again sometime in the not too distant future, and I would like to very much meet you on that occasion. We look forward to welcoming you back and to giving you the true five star experience for which we are so well known. Best regards, Seán Carney General Manager
