We deeply regret that our food was not of your liking despite we have 2 buffets and 7 a la carte restaurants with plenty of local and international dishes very well prepared in order to please all our guests, also it is important to clear that you are in a different country, where probably food is prepared different even we always trying to do our best to please all our guest’s likes. We understand that you could have an unpleasant experience at any particular restaurant but it is impossible to believe that it was the same in all our restaurants and during your whole stay.
