Four Pillars Gin launched in 2013 and has since gone on to win an array of awards at home and around the globe. Our home in Healesville is where we make and experiment with gin, and where you have the option of trying and learning about gin in several different formats. Come and do a neat gin tasting or sip on a G&T paddle at your table, while taking in our German sister-stills Wilma, Jude, Beth and Coral. You’ll find any of our current and limited release bottles, you can experience one of our various masterclasses or just come and soak in our hospitality space while enjoying one of the gin cocktails from our frequently changing menu.
