VIP Experience is best with Anna as your guide!
Took my Grandson for his 13th birthday. We flew in, stayed at the Sheridan Universal Hotel and did the VIP EXPERIENCE at Universal Hollywood. Anna was our guide and she was FANTASTIC! She was friendly, informative and all of the attractive employees knew her and said how great she was. Our experience was enhanced by having her be the one to take us on the tour. The VIP Experience is well with it and includes a great meal at Moulin Rouge.
Thank you for celebrating your Grandson's 13th birthday with us at Universal Studios Hollywood! We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit and that your VIP Tour Guide Anna made it memorable. We have forwarded your comments to their direct management team so that she may receive the proper Kudos she deserves. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

    As I remember it
Overall, we enjoyed our trip to Universal Studios Hollywood. The rides did not disappoint. My family enjoyed the restaurants and snacks. Unfortunately, there was very few options for gluten-free food, so I was unable to get any food. Even after help from customer service. They say there is gluten-free options, but I recommend bringing your own, because nothing is coeliac friendly. We loved the back lot tour, it’s as awesome as I remember it as when I was a child.

    A special shout-out to Jennifer
We bought tickets to both daytime and horror night. While I specifically asked questions over a phone regarding the transition from daytime session to horror night, the information provided to me was not accurate. When I walked up to the entrance for The Exorcist, the agent was helpless, but Jennifer who the initial agent talked was way more than being helpful. She clearly understood the situation, the information I was given originally was not accurate/confusing, and she offered to walk to the Guest Relations office with us all the way to clear the issues. My family appreciated her helpfulness and politeness to make our experience @ USH so much better!

Came here to reinvent my childhood
With the recent opening of Mario World, this place was pumping! Recommend heading here first in the morning to secure a booking at Toad’s cafe. Ride times can get extreme but the entire park is manageable in a day!
Hi Jem! It's wonderful to hear that you were able to revisit your childhood by experiencing our SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™ area at our Park! Thank you for the great tips on how to make the most of your one-day visit. We hope to see you again soon!

    Incredible
Incredible! Was nervous to see if it would live up to Orlando’s Universal studios and it definitely did! Love the layout with the upper and lower lots, but best experience out of everything was the studio tour bus through the movie sets. I can’t remember the name of the young lady that was our tour guide, but she was amazing! Very informative but also very comical too! It was great, could have spent all day just going through the sets!
Hello James! We are thrilled that you enjoyed our World Famous Studio Tour! Our Studio Tour is our stand-out attraction, completely unique to our Park. Thank you for your kind review. We hope to see you again soon!

Expensive, but worth it. Get the express tickets if you can.
The studio tour was the highlight, although I was disappointed we didn't see any actual current filming. The rides are decent enough, although the lack of space means most are 3-D rather than traditional rollercoasters. We got the express tickets and didn't regret it all, it was a weekday but some queues were 30 minutes, yet we walked right on every time. It meant we could do and see everything in a 6 hour day.

Adults to teens had a great day!
We were a party of 8 and purchased the VIP tickets. We were greeted by Tyler who had exceptional customer service skills and our tour guide was Owen who was happy, passionate & full of knowledge. Upon arrival we had access to a light breakfast which was great as we’d not eaten. Our group included 4 others we didn’t know, which wasn’t a problem. Owen was our guide from 9-4pm. Before Owen departed he ensured we had all the information we needed and he’d answered any questions the group had. A buffet lunch was included which everyone enjoyed and it was nice to have some time out from the crowd. Following lunch we toured the studio. We expected to see something being filmed, which wasn’t the case. Following the studio tour, we returned to the park. I cannot comment on value for money as someone else in the group organised the tickets and I have not frequented a lot of parks. Not waiting in line was a bonus.

Theme park for the movie goers
Huge crowd on a holiday period means long qeue on the ride, best to get an express lane pass for tourist . Studio ride was 1hour to interesting place and movie sets and 2 motion ride on the bus itself was nice. Harry Potter was crowded always

    A good day
This place is not just an amusement park, it's a rib-tickling extravaganza! From the moment you step foot inside, you'll be transported into a world of hilarious movie sets, cheeky characters, and stomach-clenching comedy shows. As you stroll around, keep an eye out for the mischievous staff members who are experts at playing innocent pranks on unsuspecting visitors. Be prepared to be the butt of a harmless joke or two - embrace it, as it adds to the overall bellyaching experience!

    What a great experience!
Our advice is to go as soon as the doors open. You can download the APP (check the daily opening hours) so you don’t have to wait too long. It started to rain around 10 am this time, and you may have to wait for 3 hours for the bus in the afternoon!!
