My wife and I visited this spa 4 times over a 6 day period. That statement alone should indicate the level of satisfaction 😊 Whilst the reception / waiting area is quite modest, the therapy rooms are as good as any of their competitors. As is standard in Nusa Dua, you will normally be offered complementary pickup & drop-off for couples and one way free if only one person is partaking in spa treatments. A one-way taxi ride is unlikely to cost more than AU$4 to the Nusa Dua beach hotels. I experienced 4 different massage styles (usually 90mins per session) and all were excellent. The lady masseurs work exceptionally hard so we always tipped them. Great experience - I would strongly recommend you try this establishment early in your vacation, as you will be saving lots of money that converts into even more massages 🤪

Lily Treatment in Nusa Dua is an absolute gem. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed into a peaceful, serene space that instantly put me at ease. I opted for the 2-hour massage, and it was truly exceptional. The therapist was professional and skilled, using just the right pressure to ease away all tension and leave me feeling completely relaxed. The ambiance of the spa was calming and beautifully designed, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The attention to detail and level of service were beyond what I expected for the price. I was seeking a local spa experience in nusa dua as the price of one in my hotel at the mulia was unreasonable I looked online and found great reviews for the lily spa. I WhatsApp them and they responded quickly of how they could help and sending me price list etc I arranged to have facial and foot massage they booked me in midday 12.15 on 29 August 2024 Yuli was excellent at reception very informative and kindly arranged my taxi back They collected me from my hotel the mulia promptly and the taxi man even called me to let me know he was here The whole experience was relaxing professional and well put together I had reny who did my facial and leg massage she was very good and she even did a neck and face massage included which I did not expect I was glowing afterwards and I paid 305 Indonesian altogether including my taxi back which is approx £15 gbp Very good staff , knowledgeable , quick responses/ efficient and great prices They really made me feel welcome that I’m going again tomorrow can’t wait I will let everyone know on my social media as I have a big following that if they do Bali they must come here The pick and drop off is a really convenient added feature and even if they don’t have full availability they help arrange one at cheap cost I only paid 30 Indonesian through them for taxi back you cannot beat them ! I was staying close by at the Melia in Nusa Dua and this spa offers free transfers to their spa. I enjoyed a wonderful foot massage and pedicure and then 4 Aromatherapy massages, each 90 minutes in length . I was fortunate enough to be treated initially by Dea who I then booked for each of my remaining sessions. She was strong, professional and knowledgeable and I felt my body was improving after every visit Very reasonable price of 300k for 90 minute session Well worth a visit

My second day in Bali I went to Zahra Spa, but was not happy, so two days later went to the Nusa Dua Spa and had the best massage of my life. So I repeated it every second day for the next 24 days. The Nusa Dua Spa costs about 60 % of Zahra, and was at least 100% better. I no longer accept Zahra as the best spa in Nusa Dua, and will go to the Nusa Dua Spa every time I am in Bali, which is often, fifteen weeks in the last four years.

I had the Back To Nature package during a recent trip to Bali. We were staying at a neary resort that had its own day spa but the prices were astronomical - way more than you would pay in Australia - so I booked the package with Nusa Dua Spa and I was not disappointed. I was treated to an amazing Aromatherapy full body massage and facial by Renni (sp?) who was brilliant - I felt like a million dollars afterwards. I was collected from the Resort even though their policy is to collect when there are a minim of 2 people booking and was assisted by the staff to order a taxi back ($3.50). Thank you again to Renni and the staff. Much appreciated and thoroughly enjoyable - would highly recommend.

We are a large family group of 11 and have had massages most days while we have stayed in Nusa Dua. The entire experience has been fantastic from the bookings via WhatsApp, pick up and drop back to hotel. The rooms are very comfortable with many options for singles, doubles and even triple rooms. Each treatment was amazing from experienced lady therapists. We would all highly recommend Lilly’s.

I can honestly say that my wife and I had a couples massage that is the best that we have ever had. So much care was taken to ask exactly what we wanted in terms of pressure and the two therapist’s did a fantastic job doing this. We were picked up punctually at our resort by the driver, making it easy to get to and from the Spa. We highly recommended this Spa as your best option in Nusa Dua. While in Nusa a Dua my husband and l managed to visit the spa multiple times. My husband had Balinese massages, but l had Balinese massages, aromatherapy massage, deep tissue massage,Lava stone massage, Foot massage, manicure and pedicure and my husband and l even did a couples package with massage, facial and body scrub. All of the staff were fantastic and will go back anytime we are here. They are way more reasonable than the spas at Bali Collection and will pick up and drop you back to your accomodation. Please give them a go,they will not disappoint.😀

My friend and I booked a 2 hour deep tissue massage which was fabulous. She really got into the problem areas and worked her magic over my entire body. The 2 hours flew by and have booked several more for our holiday while here. The shuttle service is also a wonderful bonus as you don’t have to worry about getting there in time. Nusa Dua Spa by Lily Treatment is now my go to place for massages. Can’t recommend highly enough.
