    Could have been better
We were surprised by the online discount for tickets, but this was explained by a significant proportion of attractions, areas, and even vending machines out of order or closed. Parts of the park looked run down and food prices were high. Attraction highlights were the pandas, the cable car, the aquarium. A lot of walking is involved, some of it quite steep. The online map is not particularly useful for English speaking visitors.

Starting to feel a bit old and run down.
I came here 16 years ago, 10 years ago, and last week. It's starting to feel a little 1990's now. The aquarium was as beautiful as always, and the pandas were lovely to see. The cable car was also great. That said, the coasters were reminiscent of Blackpool Pleasure Beach with the rust and ricketyness. Aspects of the park are in dire need of an update, including the restaurant at the top of the cable car, which was overly expensive and outdated feeling. It's worth a visit, but for such a well-known park of Hong Kong it's really not worth the 1000 HKD (£100) I paid for us both to visit. We comfortably seen most things within 2 hours.

    Fab visit
Our extended family of 4 adults and 4 children (ranging from ten to 6 years old) visted here during the busy Chinese New Year holidays. This is a fantastic park with animals, shows, rides and lots to do for all ages. We focused on seeing the aqualife in the aquarium and shark exhibit. We moved on to the penguins and artic foxes which are beautiful - we were lucky to see them as they were being fed. We watched the dolphin and sea lion show which is in Cantonese and Mandarin (sadly no English). We took the train up and cable car down, finishing with a visit to the pandas. The large souviner shop near the entrance/exit of the park is worth a visit. A day is not enough if you want to also go on rides and see more of the park. Food outlets get busy so during peak times, I suggest you eat early/later to avoid the rush. Overall, a great visit. Enjoy!

Amusement & Animal Theme Park Rolled into One
We had a great time. The theme park is very entertaining for kids, adults and families. The Summit having some games with prizes to win. We won 3 pcs stuffed toys in a different games. The staff in these games are very accommodating. The rides and the animals exhibits, both in the summit and waterfront are entertaining and thrilling as well as educational, specially its oceanarium - the world's largest aquarium dome. The whole day experience and walking around is all worth it. 😊😊😊

    Panda is the highlight
Panda is definitely a highlight. Go panda visit first thing, to see a fresh and active panda. They disappear later in the evening, when we tried checking them for the second time while coming back. The park is huge, so plan well before going. Maps are available on its website. There are 2 sections, waterfront and summit. Waterfront is primarily animal related & kids genre, whereas summit is rides related for 8+ yrs kids. We spent more time at the summit. Shows are available at different times, so check the calendar for show timing beforehand. You cannot enjoy all the shows as they are at different corners at the same time, so you have to pick and choose. Few shows are paid though. Ample free drinking water is available. Indian vegetarian food options are very limited. Almost negligible, so do carry something with you to eat. MTR and citybus are within walking distance from the park. Travelling from waterfront to summit is either by cable car or express train. There are less que in the train though. The views from the cable car are great. Light show in the evening is ok, nothing great. But you have nothing to lose, as the park is closed at that time, so might as well enjoy the free show. Penguins were active and healthy. Artic region is extremely chilled

    Worth a visit
We visited here with our young daughter. Overall it was a very good experience and worth visiting. Yes, it’s tired and has not changed in the last decade but it still delivered. Mix of animals and roses gave a great balance and variety. Queues were very long so we invested in a Fast Pass which was well worth the money. More entertainment and shade is needed for the long queues. F&B expensive and limited on variety. Nearly nothing for vegetarians. Worth the visit and definitely a big improvement on Disneyland.

First time visiting Ocean Park and I was left speechless on how amazing it was despite looking a little old! From the start to the end I was as happy as a child. Loved the aquarium and the thrill rides! So memorable. 10/10 would visit again

Lovely day for young and elderly
Interesting destination for both the young and elderly. Visited with my 80+ friend and my 9 year and 14 year old grandchildren. There wasn’t long queues for any of the rides or other amusements and there were rides suitable for all age groups to go on together. As well as the amusements there was an aquarium and a small zoo. We also enjoyed the great view from the included chairlift ride.

    It was great
It's a huge park and it takes the whole day to go through the whole park! There are lot of animals to see, rides, shows, shops, cable car! The line up wait time usually is short. At disneyland have long wait time and more expensive, they have more rides there so I prefer ocean park. At night time there is a night show by the water fountains. There are hotels at ocean park. You can buy tickets either at the door or online or online sellers like trip.com, you can see those online sellers on Google maps
