- Ayesha SMelville, Australia22 contributionsInteresting & worth itWe wondered about the price vs value of the tour, but definitely worth it. So educational and informative. 11yr daughter loved it, and we were lucky enough to have Malcom Douglas’s grandson as our guide. Learning about our modern day dinosaurs and how the Crocodiles in the park originated was interestingVisited October 2023Travelled with familyWritten 15 October 2023
- BobWEManhattan Beach, California753 contributionsCrocs GaloreLocated in the Kimberly region of western Australia is the famous crocodile park. Entrance to the secured park is through a giant croc head (great for photos) and into the souvenir shop. Bring insect repellant, a hat, your camera, and possibly a insect head net (millions of flies). The charge is well worth the adventure. We have been to many croc parks in Australia and this is the best because of the close and personal experience with over 2,500 crocodiles a created by an Australian wildlife documentary filmmaker. In the guided tour learn about the crocs housed in this animal refuge that is also home to kangaroos, emus, and snakes. A great place for adults as well as adults. Don't stick your fingers through the fencing--you are that close!!Visited March 2024Travelled with friendsWritten 11 March 2024
- TrinaColeJindalee, Australia25 contributionsA must-see when visiting Broome. Do not miss out!The standout feature of our visit was undoubtedly the expertise and enthusiasm of our tour guide. Although his name escapes me, his passion for and knowledge about these formidable animals was evident in every word he spoke. He wasn't just a guide; he was a storyteller, bringing the world of crocodiles to life with palpable love and affection. No matter the question, he answered with enthusiasm and detail, clearly showcasing his dedication and deep respect for these animals. He was not only knowledgeable but also warm, friendly, and incredibly personable, making our tour both educational and enjoyable. His presence truly made him an invaluable asset to the park. I would not hesitate to recommend this experience to anyone looking for an unforgettable encounter with nature. The crocodile park isn’t just a place to see wildlife—it's a venue where you can interact with and learn about crocodiles in a way that is both safe and incredibly engaging. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!Visited April 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 13 April 2024
- LibbyYulara, Australia36 contributionsCroc Mania !!Owen was so unbelievably good with his commentary! As the grandson of the famous and iconic Malcolm Douglas he does a very informative tour . You are up close and personal with the salt water and fresh crocodiles 🐊! Also Alligators are in the mix too !! Scary at times you are right beside them with a chain mail fence between you and them !! One thing I have to say is that Owen needs to start his talk with a commentary about his famous granddad Malcolm and let these uninformed clients know how sensational this family is in the area of conservation and care of these wild creatures. Absolutely 10/10 fro me ! Thanks Owen you are so good at this game!Visited April 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 23 April 2024
- PuppycatbrisvegasMelbourne, Australia302 contributionsGreat crocodile experienceWe heard this crocodile park was worth a visit. We went on way into Broome as it opens at 2pm and closes at 5pm so could do before checkin. It was an amazing experience as they take you to the crocodiles and alligators and explained all of their differences. The crocodiles are so quick for such a big animal. - KazLamberton31 contributionsWell worth the experienceWe were very impressed with our tour guide Johani. Very knowledge man with a great delivery sprinkled with humour. He was very approachable even after the tour ended. It was a bonus that we got to hold the baby crocodiles before the tour. Plenty of other wildlife to see as well. Baby emus, birds, dingoes, American alligators.Visited July 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 13 July 2024
- Tttt537 contributionsGreat family experienceWhat a fantastic experience! My husband and I took our three kids to the Malcolm Douglas Broome Crocodile Park on our recent visit to Broome. When we first arrived we all got to hold baby crocodiles, and then went on the guided feeding tour through the park. The tour was very informative, the crocodiles are right there in front of you, an incredible way to see them. Our kids absolutely loved it.Visited August 2024Travelled with familyWritten 10 September 2024
