My family (of 4) and I had three trips with Shared Shuttle over the span of twelve days, and I have to say we were all really impressed with the their service quality. Their drivers were always on time (actually, they would always arrive 20-30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time) and very courteous. More importantly, both the drivers and the office were really good about communication, which I appreciate enormously. I was considering booking the transportation from the cruise port to the airport with our cruise operator, but Shared Shuttle's price turned out to be just so much better. I highly recommend Shared Shuttle, and we will be sure to use them next time we visit Rome. (TIP: They seem to really favor WhatsApp for communicating, so it is best to install and activate the app before traveling to Rome.)

I was slightly concerned when I booked and wasn’t able to find much about these guys online however after using them twice now (once to the port of Civitavecchia and once to the airportI can highly recommend them Both times I made bookings with just 18’hours notice and both times the driver was on time, friendly and helpful. For our trip to Civitavecchia the driver even got us right up to the ship where I saw many other companies dropping passengers much further away Had 2 very 10/10 experiences and look forward to using them again.

We left the port Civitavecchia, Italy and had to go directly to the Rome airport. The service was right there to greet us. I spoke with Lucia via WhatsApp through text messages, I gave her the cruise ship name and the time we would be exiting and they were right there to greet us with a sign with my name on it ! Good driver, good service, good communication ! ( I had used the ATM machine on ship to have euro's prepared to pay the driver, so there was no holdups smooth transaction!)

Civitavecchia to Rome June 18, 2024 The driver was late. Civitavecchia Cruise Terminal is a madhouse. So many people, unorganized cars, buses, etc, everywhere. No rhyme or reason. We eventually found our driver and his vehicle at 10 am, our pick up was scheduled for 9:30 am. We had to pay cash; which fortunately I knew before hand and had saved 80 EUR. I chose this company at the recommendation of others on my Cruise Facebook group and because it was significantly less expensive than other options I was looking at. I’m not sure if I would choose them again as the stress in not knowing if the driver would show up or if we would find him is not something I wish to experience again. However, he did show up, he did have our names on a piece of paper, and he did drive us directly to our hotel in Rome near the Piazza Navona. We shared the ride with 4 other passengers who all had at least 2 bags each. We all fit. We were the first to be dropped off.

Thank you for your great service during our visit to Italy. Max was always responsive to our requests. We needed transportation from FCO to Civitavecchia Port to take a cruise, then from the port to Vatican City and finally Vatican City to FCO. Your drivers are very professional (always on time, safe drivers). I will highly recommend your company to my family and friends. Hope to visit again soon.

Just used this service in Rome / Civitavecchia when we disembarked our cruise - really excellent service that was friendly, on-time and 1/2 the price of a transfer to the airport! The vehicle was a black Mercedes van and we shared with one other couple. There was ample room for all of us and ample room for all the luggage. We would absolutely use this service again and would highly recommend them.

Shared Shuttle is a great service. They picked us up from the airport and brought us into Civitavecchia. The driver was very friendly and loaded our bags for us. The shuttle also had air conditioning which was very appreciated in the Italian heat. We got off our cruise and had the shuttle booked for 11. We got off much earlier than expected so we asked if they could pick us up between 9 and 10. They were very understanding and had our driver come in for us at 10. We had a different driver and he was just as friendly as the first. Again we had air conditioning. We also got updates via text message and they called to confirm our details the day before we were being picked up. Prices are reasonable for a private shuttle ride for an hour. Would 10/10 recommend if you want a relaxing ride to and from Rome.

We used this company twice during our recent trip to Rome. Firstly for our transfer from Central Rome to the Cruise Port at Civitavecchia and Secondly for our transfer to the Airport from the Port . On both occasions we couldn’t fault the service provided. The Drivers were punctual, friendly and professional . On our journey back to the airport we were unable to obtain water as the machine wasn’t working and we didn’t want to be late , we explained this to our driver and he very kindly stopped at a bar on the way and bought us all a bottle of water each! Both occasions we had very comfortable air conditioned vehicles and drivers made us feel very safe and in good hands! Highly Recommend this Company! Thank you Shared Shuttle!.

Excellent service - our luggage took almost 1hr to arrive on the belt and Stefanio stayed in constant communication. We got dropped directly to our cruise ship and service like this is a great stress buster. Thanks all involved.

Mimo was on time and waiting patiently for us as arranged by Shared Shuttle. He kept us entertained during the drive from Flumi Airport to our hoteil in Roma, pointing our landmarks and regailing us with local commentary. Mimo is an excellent driver and a true gentleman.
