Thrill seekers will love the slides at Aqualand Costa Adeje, one of the largest water parks on the island of Tenerife. Tsunami, Ciclones, and Gravity stand at over 60 feet high, while Rapids and Kikazes focus on speed. For the less adrenaline inclined, relax in the jacuzzi pool, take a tube down the lazy river, and squeeze in a little siesta on one of the many sunbeds in the park. Better than siam park
We visited here a couple of days after visiting Siam Park. Prior to travelling folk had said siam was better as aqualand was a bit dated...on visiting both I'd disagree and say aqualand was better. I arrived with my wife and 8 year old daughter and got one of the waterproof phone wraps thankfully there was a staff member close by who done this for me, this was a great buy and allowed us to get lots of videos and photos on the slides. My daughter went on the young kid slides at mega adventure land which has 6 slides for kids only to get started. Kids pool and adventure island is for very young kids I would say. The family wave pool is activated every hour and is decent. Tsunami and cyclones were brilliant fun for more adventurous slides along with twister racer and the excellent flying boats.word of caution about rapids where you catch air and I can imagine a few injuries to lower backs on this one especially for heavier folk. We had no interest in visiting the dolphin show as don't agree with that sort of thing. We absolutely loved the hydro massage pool which we stumbled on by mistake whilst trying to find the entry for the lava River. We had free bus back to our resort and got dropped off right outside out hotel. Food and drink was very nice also. Overall I would say this is a better day out for family than siam Park, not as busy, expensive and no big queues for any rides

    A surprisingly amazing day!
Came here for the day before going to Siam Park as a couple in our late 20's. Had the best time! Walked on every single ride repeatedly, it's salt water but not too salty (not straight from the sea) and plenty to keep us busy all day I'd suggest wearing water shoes but you can't wear them on the rides (just hold them as you go down the rubber rings). Had an all in all great day! Only downside is food is way more expensive than Siam Park (16 euro for a burger and chips from memory)

    Lovely day
Lovely day out with our 7yo and 1yo. Plenty for little ones. We only did two of the big slides as the 7yo wasn't confident but she could have gone on more - most of the big slides are minimum height 1.2m. The kids slides were fantastic. The baby did get a bit cold in the pools but for the rest of us it was fine. Would definitely return again... But do wear aqua shoes - the ground gets very hot in the sun. Book via their website for cheapest price.

Hope Dolphins are well looked after
Park was a fun day out. Went with my friend and her daughter who’s 10. Quiet due to the time of year so we didn’t have to queue for any ride. My friend booked her daughter into the dolphin experience costing 150€. She really enjoyed it. I would just say that I really hope that the dolphins get well looked after and fed high quality food as just the one group that she was in would have made 1200€ for 40 minutes work. There was one other group slightly cheaper at 100€ running at the same time. The dolphin show was very good and entertaining. Again I would just say that I hope the 2 dolphins involved don't suffer from pain from lifting the male instructor into the air and launching him over the rope. I don’t know enough about it but just wanted to bring it to your attention. We did enjoy our day and for 30€ entry free you can’t go wrong.

Better than expected but expensive once in the park
Better than expected but not on par with Siam Park. Went on a Monday and it was very quiet. Less than 50 people queuing to enter. No more than 5 to 10 minutes wait for rides, 11 year old loved all the rides. Partner found two very sore. One being the rapids, witness several people come of it saying they’d hurt themselves. Dolphin encounter was great although it would have been good to see prices before arriving as it was 100 euros to sit at the side of the pool as part of a group and get to touch and do tricks and 150 euros to be in the pool where you got to cuddle, touch and do tricks. This includes one photo with dolphin and option to buy 3 other photos Dolphin show was great although would be better if the seating area was sheltered as it starts at 330 and faces the sun so got very hot. Costs: 32 euros per person for entry Sun loungers 2 euros and 4 euros, Food and drink expensive, 25 euros for 2 draft fizzy juices (750ml cups) 1 bottle of water and 3 ice creams. 19euros for 3 bottles of water, 2 bags of crisps and a small tub of Pringles. Didn’t eat meals but did see it was 18 euros for a burger, chips and a juice.

    10/10 kids age 3 and 6
Our 3yo was happy on a variety of slides/ splash areas / lazy river/wave pool (saltwater) 6yo and dad happy with above plus bigger rides although she couldn't go on them all due to height. We ate lunch over the road to get kids out sun at hemmingways (40 euro for 4 meals and drinks). There is a supermarket next door too Taxi from Los christianos 10euro for 10min ride or used free bus but took 40min. Quickly in they scan qr code and straight in from 10am Yes it isn't perfect, 1 area was closed off for maintenence but we got a 2 day pass which was great value. No charges for sunbeds as no one came round but we only used for 1hr as used a locker (5 euro plus 2euro deposit - sunbeds are 4 euro front row or 2 euro rows behind each). Water in park was a long long queue 3.5euro or 50c in supermarket across road if you buy before go in. Taxi rank right opposite and has app to download to use a taxi (like uber). 1 car stopped but not clearly market as Taxi so we waited maybe 5min for taxi on app to arrive with numberplate as identified on app. Aqualand was great for us as a family. 2 days don't cost much more than 1 day passes but it meant day 2 we knew what rides to go on/ areas to focus on and only did a few hours. Dolphin show good as others say hot hot but only 30min and they sell slush/ drinks Extras available ie dolphin pics Gift shop items a range of prices we managed to spent only 11euro on a wrist band and key ring but sold all sorts water shoes/ sun cream/ various gifts. I would reccomend swim shoes because ground gets hot and rough in parts. Also salt water can irritate some so be aware its salt water throughout. Lifeguards and staff were great. Nice feel, family atmosphere. Would absolutely go back. Ignore negatives yes there's the odd bit of paint peeling but that's somewhat expected and they clearly keep it updated and clean. So many changing rooms/ toilets/ lockers. Perfect for our kids and will be for a long time. V short waits for rides too no issue there. Thanks for a great day trip Aqualand!

Pleasantly surprised, a really good family day with friends. Children aged 9 and 14.
Visited during half term and chose here instead of Siam park as we were told wouldn’t be as busy and it was half the price. Wasn’t expecting it to be amazing based on Siam Park being the recommended water park BUT we had the best day. Went with friends who had a 14 year old and our son who is 9. The slides were brilliant and we all had a lot of fun. Didn’t queue for more than 5minutes and everything was open. Plenty of sun beds to use as a base, costing €2 each for the day. These could do with replacing as quite a few were broken. Food from kiosk was good and reasonably priced and service was fast, Lockers are available to hire, bit on the pricey side at €5 and €2 deposit but needed really. You have to get a token for the shop in the way in, we weren’t told this when we paid to get in so ended up Going back to the entrance. Would recommend the waterproof your phone Service which worked really well and enabled us to capture photos throughout the day. The water warm but is salt water. The floors can be uneven in places and get really hot so would recommend swimming shoes for younger kids. A really good day and would return.

Still a great day out !
We have come here the last few years because my youngest is not quite tall enough yet for the decent rides at Siam. This time we bought a return ticket also and came twice for less than half price on the second occasion. The park was fairly quiet even in half term. Some decent rides and we had two good days . The food and drink options are pricey but its slow going as both days only one serving . They really need to pay more staff to serve as it would mean they could sell more and it wouldnt be so painfully slow. Yes there are plenty of steps to the slides , the ground is a little worn and rough in places but its still a good day out without the queues that Siam will attract - especially good if your kids are between 120-125 cm ( Siam slides are 125- most here are 120) . There is also some decent slides for smaller children here . Dont be put off this place ! U could take food in to save time and money there were no checks on this and there are shops and bars adjacent.

    Great day out
We had a great day with our 5 yr old although he is just about 120cm so was allowed on a number of the rides. There is a great section for younger kids. Food is extortionate - 17 euros for burger or chicken dipper meals so take your own. Some paved areas could do with getting replaced as it's starting to break up and so is rough to walk on. The only negative is some of lifeguards - they could do with customer relations training. At one point we were told by a female guard our son couldn't go on one of the rides despite him being on it about 10 times before. She didn't listen to us until another overruled us. Another told us off for not apparently supervising our child at the kids flume ride when we each stood at top & bottom of the ride except for a few minutes all the time whilst numerous other kids went on the ride without any parents being present! He didn't tell any of them off but was very rude in the way he spoke. We went in Nov during the week and there were no queues on any rights which was great.

    Great for all ages
Came here midweek late November - pools cool but you soon get used. Really quiet. Slides suitable for all ages, even my 2 year old. Only disappointment was adults are not allowed down with small children and there are no signs just lifeguards telling you no. Sunbeds were €2 each and you could move about they just put tags on your bags. Seeing the dolphins through the glass is abit of a con €2.50 each. Lockers - get your token from the shop €5 plus €2 refundable deposit. Food was €17 for chips, chicken dippers and a drink. You can leave and eat across the road for less and go back in the park. Would come back here but not get the twin ticket as we didn't rate Jungle Park.
