A must do tour to know German authentic history and modern architecture
It was great to see the glass dome , its architecture and the transparency it created for the whole building. Amazed to see the German parliament in session from the top of glass dome. The best part is the history shown round the circle year wise which helped us know the transformation Germany went through over a period of time. Was worth taking this trip. Best just to share with others, if u are not able to book tour permission on line, don’t worry. We can book it at the spot for same day or next two days with photo identification if slots are available.

Stunning glass dome with Berlin sky view
This place was one of the highlights in my 5-day Germany trip! The dome is so beautiful & the audio guide helped me to understand the design of it & also the view outside. I wish they had a English-speaking tour to go to the building inside as well. Remember to bring your passport to go through security check!

    Worth it, but reserve early!
I made a reservation 2 weeks prior to my visit. My friend tried reserving a week before his trip and there was nothing available. So reserve early! The entrance was a bit obscure, it was a small shack near the crosswalk. The dome is magnificent.

    Great, informative tour
Fabulous, informative tour! We booked directly and enjoyed a small group tour in English (we selected the language). Tour guide was excellent, informative and very neutral- so she gave a well balanced historical story to the building and urs history. The tour included the dome visit and if you book direct it’s completely free! Allow about 1.5- 2 hours for the tour. On this occasion, I won’t share photos as they were strict about personal use only.

    Fantastic nighttime views
Fantastic night time views over Berlin. The online booking portal had been full (you have to book 2-3 weeks ahead) so we queued briefly one day at the little white portakabin across from the Reichstag. We were only in the queue for 10 mins and were able to book tickets for the following day. It displays the number of tickets available for the the following 2 days. So glad we did. The whole experience was amazing.

    Definitely worth a visit
The wonderful thing about Berlin is so many interesting places are free or very cheap to enter. This is a free one, worth booking the audio tour in advance otherwise it is very difficult to get in. I would advise going during the day. We went at night so many things being pointed out were not visible. Also, worth knowing the audio tour starts automatically when you start climbing the ramp. The dome itself is also very interesting

    Well worth a trip
As previous reviewers have mentioned, you should book ahead and don’t forget to take ID. We just visited the terrace and dome as there were no trips on the day we went. Still really interesting, good audio guide, fabulous views and a great construction - and it was all free. Well worth a visit which took around 2 hours.

Great place to start your tour
Really a nice experience that allows you to see so many landmarks from the dome. The dome itself is beautiful and the audio guides provide a wealth of information. It is a great place to get and overview and orientation in Berlin. Completely wheelchair accessible.

    Fantastic visit, book in advance.....
We booked in advance though slots only open a month or two ahead. Easy to book and skipped us through easily, though it was out of season. Free to go in and visit the roof, but well worth it. An enoyable 5 minutes, but you could stay longer plus there are guided tour options. Really slick.

    The Great View On Berlin
Absolutely worth to visit, especially if counts it is free of charge. What has to be done is to book time a date online on Bundestag site and fill up the form that was sent after registration. Make sure to have ID to get in. The view is really was an effort as well as the history of this building.
