    The Prodigy
This is one of my favorite venues in UK. It's not the biggest arena and that's the beauty of it. It doesn't seem to be far away from stage where ever you are. Everything seems to be nicely organized and easy to access. Also I did manage to loose my phone in the mosh pit and it was safely returned to me. Staff is very helpful and nice. And of course The Prodigy did their part perfectly. Sound was amazing. Well done Cardiff international, I definitely gonna be back.

    Service, food and show amazing
Booked tickets to see Elvis with a live orchestra, the show itself was absolutely amazing. We also booked the restaurant beforehand and the food and service was second to none. Can't wait for our next gig

    Jools Holland
I attended the Jools Holland event in December 2023 with my disabled mum. From the moment we entered the venue, the staff throughout the arena were simply fantastic. We encountered a helpful, friendly and brilliant customer service by each member of the team, especially Rob who couldn't do enough to help me navigate the corridors and lifts whilst pushing my mum in her wheelchair. Thank you team for making our evening a wonderful experience.

    Fake tickets
Me and my family were scammed in buying fake tickets. We got the the venue and found out the tickets were fake. Very angry and upset. We had 5 seating tickets as one of our party had a bad leg so needed seating tickets. They were completely sold out but then managed to get us seated tickets in the end. They didn’t have to help but went above and beyond. The lady that helped I think was part of management and had short hair and couldn’t help us enough. (Sorry did take her name but forgot as I was in such a panic) thanks again

    UB40 Ali Campbell brilliant
Came to see Ali Campbell UB40, show was excellent, loved it !!! Had seats in the back row of the balcony which for us was good as we were able to stand & not block anybody who wanted to remain seated, getting to the toilet & bar was a massive issue due to the small amount of leg room along the first rows, also majority of people were standing & blocking access at the one end, floor was slippery due to spilt drinks, I myself enjoy a drink at a concert but it was ridiculous at the amount of very drunk people who were on the balcony , I'm surprised they will even remember most of the concert Bar prices are absolutely disgusting £7.55 for 1 pint of cider, it tasted awful ! Security upstairs & on entering the building were great, but the security man in the smoking area whose job was to make sure no-one entered from the roadside was so rude to this woman, she wasn't drunk, she asked a simple question & he responded with such rudeness, what a horrid, vile person Maybe his manager can send him on a course in manners & etiquette!

Great show and venue ok but drunks spoiled the experience
Entry was very efficient. Seats were ok as was visibility but people in row in front getting up constantly to go to the bar and toilet. One person actually fell over drunk. Why does the bar need to be open during a performance? Profit is one thing but we paid a lot for our tickets and should be able to see the show without interference from drunks

    Michael McIntyre we love you
Fab evening watching Michael McIntyre. Very funny show. Great to see him live. The Seats were very very close together and it was hot. The place smelt a little cheesy like feet! The drinks were expensive but I think we expect that now. £7.95 a pint. Food looked ok and cup of tea I had was fine. Toilets clean and accessible. I bought the Michael funko pop - love it. Sadly you Couldn’t take any water or sweets in with you but we found a way…. (Pockets not your bag) A good for the soul night out with friends.

    Accessibility 10/10
I’ve attended the venue numerous times over the years as a wheelchair user & always had wonderful experiences but my most recent visit was above & beyond. There are staff members everywhere you turn who are all so kind & willing to help, seated at the top balcony was the best experience I’ve ever had at any arena/stadium & I would never hesitate in visiting again. For any disabled people concerned about accessibility & the kind of experience you’ll have- there’s absolutely no need to worry here!

    Pierce the Veil - 12/04/2024
From my numerous experiences at the Utilita Arena, I have always found that the experience has been of a good standard. the bathrooms were not too packed; if they were, they still flowed well. The design of the seating and the upper seating areas mixed with standing sections are not crazy but they are most certainly not bad and get the job done effectively. idealistic for getting everything you would want at a concert.
