    Tour👌🏻
Wow what a tour. Was fantastic to go behind the scenes and learn of past experiences. Been on this tour previously but during covid, so the tour was limited. Our tour guide Ken was such a great guy, WRU need to bottle his enthusiasm & energy, and sell it. He made the tour extra memorable for us.

    A must visit tour!
We had a tour here last weekend whilst visiting the city and were both glad we did so! Although the tour was quite short (about an hour) we found it very interesting to both see all the different parts of the stadium and also hear all the history from our guide. It’s definitely worth the £15ish fee and I’d say is a must visit!

    Highly Recommended Tour
We were at the stadium for the WALES v France 6 Nations game last weekend. We finished the weekend off with a tour of the stadium with tour guide Ken. He was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was even funny at times!! Only joking Ken. We had a wonderful tour which took us to the Presidents box which included the seats used for royalty and invited celebrities. We visited the changing rooms, walked down the tunnel, looked at a Welsh Cap and the press area. I highly recommend this tour whether you are Welsh or not.

    Pride of Wales
Perfect venue for P!nk Summer Carnival Tour. Minimal queues to enter the venue, cheerful helpful staff. Ample concessions (though expensive) offering a wide variety of food and drink. Several water points to fill your own water bottle. Toilets well maintained and serviced. Comfortable seating. We felt safe and seen at this venue abc will definitely visit again in the future.

Surprisingly good concert sound and view considering seat location in U27
Visited the stadium for the recent Pink concert. As expected the place was extremely busy but the staff very organised and efficient getting you into the stadium. Be advised there are lots of stairs and the seating area is very steep so not great for anyone with vertigo. Big surprise was that although we had seats close to the top of the stand and 3/4 of the way back from the stage the concert sound was really good. Also due to the steepness of the stands the view is really good too. Usual queues at the bar and the toilets but other than that very impressed with the organisation.

    Pink Concert
We visited the Principality Stadium for the Pink’ Concert. It was staffed exceptionally well with easy access to all the amenities. Also hough the view from back of Stadium was a little distant it was clear and the screens provide good visible coverage. Will be back Thank you

    Can't fault a thing
Went to see Pink at the stadium having had an unplanned small knee procedure the day before. This meant I was unexpectedly in a wheelchair with limited mobility and no way of forward planning, however, the stewards could not have been more helpful. The organisation as a whole was brilliant but the additional care taken to support both me and my husband was just exceptional. I really can't thank you all enough. I was worried the enforced wheelchair usage would spoil my concert but it didn't and full credit is due to your fabulous team of stewards. Thank you so very much Sue Derby

    Top-of-the-Stadium Tour
Outstanding tour of the top of Principality Stadium in Cardiff! Our tour guide Mark (with a “k”) was great, making sure all of the people in our group were safe, secure, and feeling good before proceeding throughout the tour. The stadium roof was open. So we got to peer into the stadium floor 50 meters below us. The view from the top of the stadium was amazing. We are from the United States (specifically northern Nevada near Lake Tahoe) so we are used to great vistas. But to see the interior of the stadium and Cardiff from this point of view was incredible.

Excellent support for those with Disabilities
My friend and I attended to watch Foo Fighters in concert. My friend is disabled and struggles walking. The staff and stewards from the train station to the stadium, inside the stadium, at our seats, on our way out, back at the station, we're utterly brilliant. Took all the stress out of our journey, my friend was directed to the disabled fast track routes, this meant she was able to get to her seat avoiding the crush of the crowd and coming home was also brilliant. Thank you to all the organisers for such wonderful consideration for less able travelers.
