Great city break location
"The on-site gym was awesome too, it had all equipment you would expect, weight lifting, bikes, rowers, free weights and a large room for classes."

Great spot, could only be better if they let you take your doggo

Cheap and friendly
"Sure is not the best hostel in town, not super clean and noisy at night. But if you wanna party you can meet a lot of people and the local is great. The bar downstairs is nice, offering good live music and tasty food"

Macquarie LighthouseLocated along the scenic Federation Cliff Walk at Vaucluse in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Macquarie Lightstation is the site of Australia’s first lighthouse. Completed in 1818, Macquarie Lighthouse was designed by convict architect Francis Greenway for Lachlan Macquarie, the Governor of NSW. Owing to crumbling foundations, it was reconstructed in the 1880s. The replacement tower was designed by the state’s Colonial Architect, James Barnet, to closely resemble Greenway’s original.
