Established by the Jesuits in 1851, Sevenhill Cellars is the oldest winery in South Australia's Clare Valley and the only Jesuit-owned winery in Australia. Originally established to produce altar wine, Sevenhill is now recognised for its premium table wines, which express the Clare Valley's distinctive varietal characteristics. The historic winery and cellar door, St Aloysius' Church, the College building, surrounding vineyards and spiritual sites give visitors an opportunity to combine appreciation of exceptional wines with an understanding of Sevenhill's religious and historic significance. Join us inside by the wood fire or enjoy the beautiful fresh air & picturesque gardens on Tregea’s Terrace nestled in the Skilly Valley. It is an idyllic setting to taste our range of award-winning wines all year round. Take a seat in our private tasting room 'The Revelation Lounge'. As you take in the powerful elegance of our award winning wines, we take you on a journey to better understand why the Clare Valley is so unique and like no other. Established in 1841, the self guided history trail around Bungaree's station complex enables visitors to explore South Australia's pioneering past through a series of signs, audioposts and displays. The history trail is available to day visitors between 10am - 4pm most days, but bookings are recommended as the property may be closed for private functions.

Crabtree Watervale Wines produce small parcels of award winning handcrafted wines by people who love what they do. Visit our cellar door open seven days. Crabtree is a boutique estate winery, with the annual crush around one hundred tonnes. The tiny winery is at full capacity every vintage, and the wines very limited in production.

Shut The Gate Wines is a boutique premium wine producer specializing in small batch single site wines. The Clare Valley Cellar Door is open daily and offers free sampling and wine by the glass in the lounge and gardens. There is also a small Providore Store for DIY picnics and takeaway. Open 10.00am - 4.30pm daily.

Sussex Squire Wines is a small award winning Clare Valley winery. Our production is limited and is only available through cellar door as we don’t sell in retail outlets as we focus mainly on small production of dry grown red wines. The line up of wines include the tasting of our premium award winning Thomas Block Shiraz from our dry grown vineyard that we manage with organic principles under vine. I produce single vineyard wines and blends from varieties that showcase the beautiful elegant style of the Clare Valley including Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Mataro, Sangiovese, Grenache & Riesling. Visit our cellar door to taste our selection of wines while chatting to the winemaker and owners Mark and Skye. There is a $10pp tasting fee, fully redeemable on purchase. Established in 1878, Knappstein is housed in the heritage-listed Enterprise winery in the heart of the Clare Valley. Our winemakers act as guardians of the vines, and caretakers of the wines. Their attention to detail and stringent quality focus are at the heart of our winemaking approach. The style of our wines has naturally evolved into more medium-bodied, fruit-driven wines, that are inviting in their youth, yet also sophisticated with age.
