The Forest Sky Pier is a spectacular architectural feature providing the panoramic views over the Coffs Coast and Hinterland. Cantilevered off the edge of Sealy Lookout in Orara East State Forest, the Forest Sky Pier projects 22 metres out over rainforest, 15 metres above the forest canopy. The Forest Sky Pier is a 5-10 minute drive off the Pacific Highway through banana plantations and forest, taking in amazing views as you travel up the hill side. It's a must-see destination for the North Coast.

The Sanctuary (formerly known as Dolphin Marine Conservation Park) was established in 1970 as a rescue and rehabilitation centre for sick and injured marine animals and we continue this vital service today. Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary is the only place in Australia where you can experience marine mammals up so close including bottle-nosed dolphins, endangered Australian Sea Lions, Little Blue Penguins, Freshwater Turtles and local Reef Fish. Plus you can see our marine animal and rehabilitation hospital at work. We rescue, rehabilitate and release hundreds of sea turtles every year.

A green oasis at the heart of Coffs Harbour. The Botanic Garden offers self guided walks in natural forests and planted gardens, picnic areas, glasshouse, lakes and lots to discover.

The award winning Butterfly Glass House is an enclosed hot subtropical environment where visitors have the opportunity all year round, to get close to nature, be surrounded by 700 live Australian butterflies and learn about their life-cycle. Our knowledgeable keepers are always available to share the experience. Additionally visitors can explore our Alice in wonderland mazes, dinosaur breeding laboratory, stroll through our dinosaur forest complete with 30 dinosaurs that roar and move, and meet our baby dinosaurs up close. Weather permitting we have a life sized dinosaur show, and for the little ones we have a sing and dance with Pinky the baby triceratops. Recently a few fairies have moved into the Glass house, perfect for bringing magic into the world. Our cafe is famous for our handmade scones and other hand made treats. The Solitary Islands Aquarium, located at Southern Cross University's National Marine Science Centre, serves as an important community asset helping to bring an awareness and appreciation for our marine environment through education and science. Our facility is focused on regional species, resource management and conservation. The aquarium provides an intimate experience for visitors to learn about and to interact with marine life of the Coffs Coast through our series of aquariums, presentations, and visual displays.

South Solitary Island is located approximate 18km offshore from Coffs Harbour, New South Wales. The island consists of a lighthouse and keeper's quarter's which were built in 1880 and considered the oldest in the area. The island was abandoned in 1975 when the lighthouse was automated with all residents leaving the island at that time. Access is restricted to the public and visitation is only possible by helicopter when tours are run by Precision Helicopters and National Parks and Wildlife.
