The only accommodation on a vineyard in the Swan Valley is the Upper Reach Spa Cottage, this historic two bedroom cottage has been fully restored for you to enjoy 'owing a vineyard' for the night- there is just one cottage so your privacy is assured! Our aim at Upper Reach is to produce wine of the highest quality from estate grown fruit, each wine reflecting both the vineyard and the particular vintage.Upper Reach is one of the top Swan Valley wine producers, with an extensive list of wine show awards. Pandemonium Estate is a small, boutique Swan Valley producer of table and fortified wines established in 2008 and specializing in Spanish wines. The vineyard and cellar door are located on the Great Northern Highway in the heart of the Swan Valley wine region. We currently grow a range of traditional Swan Valley and Spanish varieties. Faber Vineyard is a family run winery located in the picturesque Swan Valley. We craft some of the Swan Valleys best wines, and our cellar door studio, overlooking our magnificent vineyard, is a fantastic place to enjoy them.

Swan Valley Gin Company is an Artisan distillery located within the cellar door of Pandemonium Estate in Baskerville. We produce Gin from our premium Swan Valley wine using a custom made copper still. There are three Gins for tasting all named Diablo. An Artisan Gin made from local mandarins, a Strawberry Gin and a Spicy Cumquat Gin using local cumquats and exotic spices. Gin & Tonics available.

Established in 1922, our family owned and run boutique winery produces quality wines from fruit grown on our Swan Valley and Pemberton wine region vineyards. All our fruit is handpicked and processed on our property at Memorial Avenue in Baskerville. We welcome you to sample our wines at our unique underground cellar which was hand dug in the 1920's. Due to the uniqueness of our tasting area it is not suitable for those with mobility issues, however if you call us ahead of your visit we are more than happy to provide a tasting in a more suitable area.
