Optional light Lunch/dinner with typical homemade Italian cooking based on the products growing in the farm and accompanied by a Wine Tasting. the family De Gregorio are cheesemakers from 3 generations, are very famous for the production of the Provolone del Monaco D.O.P., and for the local fior di latte, since the 2011 organize guided farmtours with subsequent tastings of the products: from the simple caciottina to the provolone del monaco D.O.P.
