The guy at the desk was less than informative. He did however make sure I got the rules printed on a piece of paper. No noise after 11, is very hard to inforce with multiple doors slamming at random times during the middle of the night. Also there were signs everywhere of no smoking, but the smell of marijuana permeated...

Thank you very much for your feedback! Yes, the beds are very comfy! We carry only the Beautyrest plush line by Simmons! We have had many positive comments on our beds! And, thank you for your comments in regards to the cleanliness. We strive hard to maintain a high standard of cleanliness each and every day! We will share this...

Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately, when guests do not respect the quiet policy at 11:00 pm, and continue the partying and loud talking well past the quiet hour this does need to be addressed out of consideration for those not associated with a weekend event and thus trying to get a good night's sleep! Such behavior did require the...

I have never in my life seen a hotel run so poorly! The manager was beyond rude and disrespectful totally discriminated us for having rally trucks assuming we would be trouble! My husband got blasted before he even received our room key! The manager walked around at night with her ear against our door just waiting for us to make...

Was there for an event that booked 90% of the hotel, Staff were extremely rude to everyone. I had to go to the desk four times to get new cards, was blasted and belittled because I kept "deactivating" them. On our second night our door had to be taken apart at 1:30 am because the lock sensor was broken and...

This is a basic hotel, good for travelling from one place to another or for business trips. The rooms are well looked after and the area is quiet and delivers all you need for a stay - usual amenities including a refrigerator.

We had reservations at the Slumber Inn for 2 nights. We received a notice about our reservation 5 days in advance. When we arrived we were told that the hockey team had decided to stay another night and they had put us in another location for the first night. I said I was not switching hotels so they got us...

Dear Wanda! Thank you for your feedback today! Yes, sometimes hotels are met with curves in the road that are quite unexpected. It was not the hockey team that posed the issue. It was a private company working in the area that had to extend their stay as their work was not complete. Unfortunately, they were from far away so...

Room was decent. No elevator, so be prepared for the stairs. Don't bother with the breakfast, just go to the nearest Tim Hortons. Waffles are awful (in comparison to Comfort Inn), couldn't get a decent coffee - first one had a ton of grinds in it, next was cold. Front desk agent at check in wasn't very personable.

Dear Guest: We are so very sorry we did not meet your expectations! We strive very hard to exceed the expectations of our guests! Rest assured I will be sitting down with all those responsible for breakfast to find out what is going on. I have to be honest, this is the first negative comment we have had on the...

Looking for a place to stop around 8:30PM and this hotel appeared out of nowhere. Well maintain hotel with nice clean rooms. The hotel rate was very reasonable for early September when many travellers are on the road.. The hotel provides a continental style breakfast.

I stopped in last minute as I couldn't find a campsite (and it was pouring), and the other hotel I tried didn't allow dogs. They immediately gave me a room, and told me not to worry about my dog at all, and there was free (hot) breakfast waiting the next morning! Although not the fanciest hotel I've ever stayed at,...

This past weekend was certainly a busy one for the Annapolis Valley! There is lots happening on the weekends between now and Christmas so just a word of advice to book ahead. We are so glad that you found lodging with us on such a dark damp night! We do allow a limited number of dogs. We recognize that more...
