These amazing cottages have been designed and equipped for absolute comfort. We stayed in Moondyne, which had a wonderful king bedroom, separate kitchen/dining/ lounge, and a huge bathroom with freestanding spa bath. The hosts had thought of everything, and there is a washer and dryer too. The large verandah enables you to sit and watch the array of stunning bird life that frequent the area. Only 5 minutes from Cowaramup, 10 minutes from Margaret River and in the centre of the wineries and foodie spots. Totally recommended as a base to explore all this lovely region has to offer. ❤️

We currently staying in Moondyne cottage.
Very nicely decorated and well appointed, the 2 person spa is fabulous. Usually there is something you need but not supplied but here there is even a coffee machine, not to mention a washer and dryer to do laundry if needed.
The king size bed is perfect and so comfortable. Ceiling fans and air-conditioning and a fan outside on the deck. A playground for children if needed.
We would thoroughly recommend Ellensbrook cottages to anyone needing a relaxing break.

This is our third stay at the Cottages over a span of years, and we are never disappointed. Moondyne Cottage has a large king bedroom, comfortable lounge/diner/ fully equipped kitchen, and a gorgeous spa bath and walk in shower in the bathroom. There is a large laundry and outside verandah with barbecue. Everything is modern and spotlessly clean, and there are ceiling fans and air conditioning. The cottages are very close to Cowaramup and all the local wineries.
You are completely private here, and self catering is easy. We enjoy local visits to wineries, restaurants and beaches as well as cross country day trips to Augusta, Nannup/Balingup, Bridgetown and Busselton. A terrific property!

Our family of 4 spent a lovely week in Ellens cottage which was immaculately clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, the laundry was handy when staying for a while and the beds extremely comfortable. We loved relaxing on the deck watching the birds visit the birdbaths. Friendly, thoughtful hosts and such a convenient location in the heart of the Margaret River region. Absolutely recommend this spot!

We just spent last weekend in a boutique spa chalet at Ellensbrook Cottages. There wasn't one thing we could pick wrong with our accommodation. Stylish, clean, peaceful - all round fantastic. We are already trying to workout the next weekend we can get down there.

Thanks heaps

Our family was very happy with our stay at Ellensbook cottages. We stayed in the Ellen's cottage which was lovely. We were welcomed with a fresh home baked loaf of bread upon arriving at our cottage. The cottage was beautifully presented and very clean. We ordered the breakfast hamper as an extra and would recommend it. It's a great idea and saves you the trouble of having to organize breakfast the morning after arriving. Hamper included different teas, coffee, selection of cereals, crossiants, spreads & preserves. Fridge was stocked with milk, juice, yogurts, butter, eggs and bacon. It was so nice to arrive and find the hamper beautifully presented in the cottage. The cottage has everything you could possibly need from a selection of books, children's toy box full of toys, puzzle, candles around the spa, first aid supplies, all kitchen equipment, cutlery, extra blankets, bbq, washing line etc..Compliments to the owner, because they really have thought of everything! My husband and I were most impressed by the amount of privacy that you are given. Thought has obviously been put into each of the cottages being placed far enough away from each other with greenery in between. To allow guests privacy & we didn't see or hear anyone else during our 5 day stay apart from a car or two coming or going. The location is fantastic, in between "Cowtown" and Margaret River, with only a short drive to each. Such a peaceful, quiet and relaxing location and the kids loved sitting on the verandah watching all of the native birds coming by. Would definitely recommend staying! :)

We have been going back with our 3 kids to Ellensbrook cottages for 10 years. Cottages are quiet and secluded but close enough to beaches, Margaret river and all the local attractions. Jackie makes you feel incredibly welcome down to the freshly baked loaf of bread when you arrive. Cottages are always clean and well serviced with everything you need. Love the Rails-to-trails walk/cycle paths adjacent to the property. Perfect place to relax and reconcect with the family!
We haven't stayed as a couple but the two honeymoon cabins are beautiful and far enough away from the other two cabins that you can enjoy the peace and quiet

We arrived late by the time we finished work on the Friday however Jackie had left the key for us, left the front light on and the heating going so that when we arrived it was nice and warm. We stayed for 3 nights in the Moondyne Cottage and couldn't fault a thing. The cottage was larger than we were expecting, with a lounge/kitchen area, separate bedroom, spacious bathroom (with a beautiful spa) as well as a full sized laundry. I would definitely recommend this to people wanting to escape and are happy to stay in the tranquil surrounds of the bush. We will definitely stay again.
