Near Big C - the supermarket
It’s a 3 star hotel. Quiet. And clean.
No frills but fixtures could be maintained better.

Staff very friendly and helpful
House keeping is very accommodating

In house breakfast- choice of eggs. And local porridge, toast and coffee.
Nothing fancy. Don’t expect much.

It’s our first time in Sakonnakorn and our van driver suggested to book this hotel. Upon arrival, the Covid screening procedure is very impressive. We got 3 rooms on first floor. The rooms are clean and look new. Before 9pm, we walked to nearby BigC to buy some stuffs. Breakfast is pretty good with some local cuisine with congee.

The hotel is fairly new. The hotel is located behind another building and entrance to same with car is very narrow and parking is very limited. The reception lady was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and well laid out. Bathroom was decent size and again clean.

My Thai wife called to book a room and the requirements (covid) which we met. When we turned up we were denied, as l am a foreigner. Reason given, The mayor orders (lol 555). We went to another hotel without any issues. As we live in Sakon Nakhon, we were trying the hotels for future guest from my country. We will never recommend this hotel.

I really liked this place, from the smiling welcome to the check out.

The location in the city is good, easy access to most things.
BigC f.x is just a few minutes away.

The rooms is good sized, clean and well maintained. Nice selection on the TV, water boiler and fridge. Prices on room service and beverages was reasonable too.

Breakfast had enough to choose from to satisfy me and my wife. And the staff here was very helpful with some special request too.

WiFi was very fast and worked without a break as long as we stayed there.

And that brings up the last point. The staff. They are very helpful and really gave us the feeling that they likes to have us as guest.

We stayed two nights only this time. But this will be the first choice when we need a hotel in Sakon Nakhon again.

The location is tidy, despite having a adjacent of a restaurant to it. Check-in area and room are cleaned. Somewhat a contemporary hotel when compares to surrounding hotels. The only reason got its losing of stars is non-service minded staff from the restaurant. It is a shame. I would give this hotel another chance though, if I were to return to Sakon Nakhon again.

Nothing but a positive experience, this was a well needed break and a recharge of energy. The Staff @Sakon from the cleaning staff, gardener, Cafe Staff, Hotel security to the front desk all are full of smiles and genuinely want you to be safe and have a quite undisturbed stay. In like most hotel/ motels in Thailand the beds are not rock hard, pillows full easy to prop up for reading that great book in bed. There are limited English speaking TV programs yet they do have Fox movie channels. The only suggestion would be adding a english world news I.e. CNN, BBC or Aljazera. The WIFI is the best of all, fast with easy access and covers to the breakfast Cafe. Will I stay again Yes, thus far off and on over the past year this will complete a total of 8 stays.

Just stayed one night on one of our occasional trips from the countryside :) could not have asked for a better place to stay; central location, recently refurbished, clean, comfortable, strong shower, freshly made breakfast, happy and helpful staff - we will stay here again.......

Have a stop-over at this hotel for one night on a cold December evening.

This is a pleasant hotel with 3 floors, including the ground level. I received a reply message via email prior to my arrival that I have an assigned room on the 3rd floor. And "yes, I like high floor" because of fewer noise disturbances. However, on arrival, I was told there is no lift and I needed to carry my luggage up to the 3rd floor. I assessed the situation and requested a 2nd floor instead. The hotel staff gladly acceded to my request.

The room, with balcony, is spacious with full and low height cabinets, and a large soft bed placed with 2 charming teddy bear toys promoting a surprised enlightening mood. It was definitely nice to see something out of the ordinary which only @Sakhon Hotel provides. Wifi is strong and the flat-screen TV Channels are mainly Thai.

As the weather is extremely cold in December, showering without hot water is not possible. Unfortunately, the water heater with its knob turns to the maximum heat is still lukewarm in temperature. At times, it was just cold water egress.

This hotel is within a few minutes' walking distances to Big C, Srisakol Mall, some eating places (opposite Big C) and massage shops. I particularly enjoyed my dinner at the stall in the eating place (see picture) which is between 35 to 50 THB for any one dish; value for money for a delicious meal. Another is a massage shop (see picture) nearby to Big C which is also value for money.

Breakfast is served at the outhouse facing diagonally to the hotel. Not much in varieties but is adequate for the beginning of the day.

The staff spoke little English but still manageable in communication. They are helpful lots and are keen to give their guests lasting memories with the hotel.

Lastly, other than the water heater issue, I am pleased with this hotel and would make a return if I ever step into Sakhon Nakhon again.
