Staff were not helpful, particularly Steven Moore the Spa Manager. We went for a spa day and had taken a day off and as single working mothers these opportunities are very few and far between! We got there at 9.00 am and were told our treatment was at 4.00 pm and when we requested it earlier they said they wouldn't...

Dear DebsArthur Thank you for submitting your review. As I hope was made clearer during our call to you, the booking confirmation that was sent in advance of your arrival advised the times that treatments are allocated. I understand that the treatment time did not suit your needs and although we would have liked to offer an alternative, as explained...

We came here for afternoon tea bought as a birthday present. When we arrived there was a wedding reception going on, but we were dealt with promptly by reception and shown to the area where afternoon teas were taken. A slight hiccup they had no booking for us, but they were not busy and were easily able to accommodate us....

Took my wife and daughter for afternoon tea. Was thinking an afternoon of calm before we all get into the seasonal madness. We arrived for our 3pm reservation and we ignored for a considerable time. We were eventually shown to our table and told about the choice of teas (no mention of any other drinks). We then waited over 15...

We went for a relaxing Spa day that included a 2 Course light lunch and 2 treatments. A lovely day was had, treatments were very professional and lunch was very tasty. The venue is set in beautiful countryside and I'm sure an overnight stay would be wonderful. Definitely one to book!!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel when our friend got married at this venue. The place itself is quite a good wedding venue, where the hotel is based on a nice big ground where there are lots of places for photos, and the hotel itself retains a lot of the old school charm given it is an oldish...

Dear Vitor N Thank you for taking the time and trouble to review your stay with us in September. A wonderful experience!!! There were several really positive aspects to the service we received. I stayed here last year having booked directly with Hand Picked Hotels and got a lovely room and great service. Having booked through Hotels.com this time we got a tiny room, only one light working, TV not even connected to the antenna and no working remote control, and the bathroom was freezing meaning we could not use the shower. When...

The hotel is situated a handy 10 minute walk from the Brands Hatch Circuit Paddock entrance. Set in mature, landscaped & secluded grounds, it's mix of traditional & modern features provide a comfy and relaxed atmosphere. The lack of a lift should be considered for anyone not able to carry a large case up flights of stairs by themselves. Classic...
