Have stayed here many times and always a problem.The staff doesn't seem to care.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.First timers especially.There are so many other
places on the Island that really fit the bill.....Do your homework before booking.....
The hotel could use some updating. I guess they started doing some, but not our floor. Hard to get cabs to go to the resort. Non-existing beach. I don't think we would go there again if we could find something else in St. Martin.
We have always enjoyed the Sapphire and have been with them for 20 years. We have always enjoyed our stay there. We will continue to support the Sapphire through this recent hurricane. The people make the difference and the staff at the Sapphire genuinely care...More
