This is a lovely relaxed hotel with a personal touch. Amazing views from the rooms, which are comfortable and spotless. The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful, with excellent advice on walking in the area. Great home-made breakfast.

The hosts went out of their way to make us welcome, to send us to the most interesting local sights, and to make sure we were comfortable. The lovely room and an excellent breakfast (with special provision for vegetarians!) made this a memorable stay. Hope to come back.

The location is brilliant and the accommodation is lovely. The breakfasts are great and the hosts could not do more to be helpful. They are always eager to make sure that they are doing the best for us. They give great help with ideas for sightseeing and helped with the best routes and even gave us some food to take...

This was the best stay I've had in Greece. This is not a hotel but a place where you feel welcome and at home. The stonehouse is beautifully refurbished and has all modern amenities. I had requested a room with a good view and was given a corner room with window to one side and a balcony to the other....

Excellent location with essential private parking. Aris and his family extremely helpful for driving and walking routes and general sightseeing showing their passion for the area. Quiet comfortable room with attractive decor and character. We were able to sit on our balcony and watch the Easter procession. Suitable for all ages. The guesthouse is at an excellent location, overseeing the village and the mountains. The room was very nice, cozy and warm, with modern bathroom and independent heating. A small balcony was an added plus, although it was a bit cold for us to use it :) The breakfast was lovely and plentiful, many things being hand made. And above all,...

So pleased we chose this guesthouse as a base for exploring the Lousios Gorge and before heading south. A lovely old house beautifully restored to a high standard and with lots of character. You are guaranteed a very warm welcome from the owner who gives plenty of advice for local visits, and also provides delicious, freshly prepared and home-cooked breakfasts....

We stayed just the one night in Dimitsana, which in truth is all one needs in the winter to experience the atmosphere of this traditional mountain village. The guesthouse was an excellent option for accommodation and one I would not hesitate to recommend. It is run by a very pleasant family who, headed by patriarch Aris, extend such warm hospitality...

we stayed for two nights and very much enjoyed the warm welcoming service and the peaceful location. Great view from our room it was quite cold outside but the heating worked well. Everything was very clean. Dimitsana offers many pleasant eating places. Our host explained the best options to walk in the gorge and visit the monasteries.

Wr enjoyed a wonderful few days in the Arcadian area and were delighted with our accommodation at Amanites. Our hosts went to a great deal of trouble to inform us about the region and to make us feel welcome. The hotel is centrally located and very tastefully decorated and furnished. Ari is full of charm and nothing was too much...
