Found myself there mainly because most boutique hotels fully booked. Seems it's recently been acquired and undergoing improvements. Reasonable for my needs- a bed, bath and access to food; not luxury.

Great location for reaching Silverstone. The staff were helpful, hardworking and friendly. The breakfast was excellent value for money & was early even at the weekend, the rooms were clean & tidy. A pleasant stay we will book again.
