The Ranch is also just minutes away from one of the South Coast's most beautiful (and quietly famous!) Surfing beaches at Broulee, plus the historic town of Mogo, home of the famous Mogo Zoo and a centre for fine arts, antiques and crafts. It’s a golf resort with some rooms which are nice and modern. No meals but only a 10 min. drive to Mossy point cafe for breakfast. Other meals at the Tomakin Sports Club just 10 mins away. Rooms quiet nice country outlook. Swimming pool. Newer rooms airconditioned. Just a nuisance as they don’t have any type of breakfast available yet. We liked stating out in the countryside and the peaceful location.

This is our second time to stay in the oaks ranch, and this place still takes my breath away. The only reason why I rated this 4/5 is the dirt road, it was quite rough for our small car. Otherwise, it’s still accessible, just had to be careful driving. Couldn’t be anymore pleased with this place. Every morning is a sight to be hold. Quite central, 20-30 mins to batemans bay, you can use their kitchen and BBQ area of you want to make your own food. Highly recommended!

Celebrated our mothers 90th birthday with a family dinner at Oaks Ranch. The food was amazing, Tess and her staff couldn't have done more to make the dinner a memorable experience. The function room easily accommodated our big family.

My other half and I had the most glorious, relaxing weekend at Oaks Ranch. It was honestly the perfect setting to spend some quality time together, enjoy the great outdoors and see some of the local wildlife. The team strive to make your trip special and are really really friendly and booked us in for golf and a horse ride with enthusiasm. The rooms are basic, ladies you need to pack your own hairdryer, but this place is built to enjoy the outdoors, not the indoors! Will come again!

Our little family visited in August. Fantastic location and beautifully manicured grounds. Great blazing log fire in the main rooms. Flat screen TVs and plenty of blankets and space in our family room. There was a bar fridge and we enjoyed using the guest BBQ for our land and sea feast on the Friday Night. Mogo Zoo and the Gold Settlement are real pluses as they are only 5 minutes away. Mogo has many cafes and interesting shops too. Tess is terrific very friendly nothing too much trouble at all! Great farm animals which include Pandora the black and white pig, Chooks, miniature Horses a Donkey and Clydesdales too. They all come up for a pat and are well looked after. Kangaroos a plenty and enjoyable to watch - little joeys in pouches and not worried by humans being present at all ! Just a pleasure - highly recommended to all.
