We booked this hotel as a rest stop while driving up the coast. We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The scenery is serene and beautiful, the variety of birds, wallabies, and other wildlife were abundant and the cottage was extremely comfortable. We wished we had more time to spend in this remote and idyllic spot. I would highly...

The lodge might be a bit remote but well worth the trip. The location is beautiful overlooking the lake with a very well maintained native garden. There is also an abundance of native birds and wildlife. Rooms are very comfortable. The kitchen had the best supplied self catering equipment I've come a cross in a while. Gipsy Point is a...

We stayed three nights in a waterfront apartment and it was fantastic. The apartment was excellent. The view was wonderful. There are lots of birds and the kangaroos come to feed at dusk and early morning. We ordered a seafood BBQ pack from Peter for one dinner and it was delicious. We had a great time and we will definitely...

My husband and I booked a lakeside apartment for one night on our drive up the coast. We loved it so much we changed plans and stayed a second night. The apartment was very cozy and Peter at reception was very personable and informative. We arrived early evening after a long drive and were able to purchase chef prepared meals...

Apartment extremely high standard with everything you could wish for, even a washer and dryer which was very well appreciated after a week on the road. Views from our deck over the lake, lots and lots of colourful birds, even hand fed some of...

This is a real gem - very nice surroundings - located in a beautiful setting next to the water front. The restaurant, although small, was absolutely superb. Also, lovely picturesque and a brilliant boat cruise offered I could not recommend this any higher.

We had a 1 bedroom apartment looking out to the lake it was just stunning birds everywhere, and kangaroos mainly at dawn and dusk , the apartments are well maintained and fully equipped if your in to cooking which is worth a thought as the nearest pub and food outlet is at Mallacoota about 20 min drive which at night...

The views and wildlife really set this place apart. Our apartment overlooked the river and we had all sorts of creatures for company. The rooms was spotless and the service friendly. Although we only had 3 nights here we managed a paddle upstream in the canoe provided. Highly recommended.

We were on the last day of our Alpine Road trip with no accommodation booked so we could freelance for a change. Our curiosity regarding Gipsy Point was well rewarded when we happened on this 5 star resort and were able to get an early book into a lakeside lodge. This place blew us away. The amazing accommodation with its...

Absolutely fantastic place to relax and take in the views and wildlife. Fishing is a bonus as well if you are that way inclined. Apartment is well appointed and private and is an ideal place to sit and relax with a good book & glass of your favourite beverage. Hosts are very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and...
