The hotel is good with nice gardens and fountains, large pools, beautiful landscape, fascinating sunsets, well-equipped rooms, tasty food in restaurants (we visited Mosaico restaurant for buffet and Italian restaurant - everything was very good), good service, responsive staff. But! And for us it was very important - there is no beach!!! We came to enjoy the Dead Sea, but...

We stayed here as a treat after finishing our holiday and we had a great time! The rooms were tidy, clean and very well maintained. The service we received throughout the resort was great, no complaints whatsoever. We experienced a spa treatment and the staff here are well trained and know how to pamper you. The food was fine, no...

Stayed here back in March on business for a few nights. overall a very nice hotel - restaurants were particularly quiet when I was there but that's due to the season. I sampled breakfast which was ok and had an evening snack in the bar upstairs and that was very good. Service throughout my stay was overall very good.

A beautiful Hotel with a nice relaxing atmosphere. If you like hot weather go there between May and October. If you like warm and mild weather go there between November and April. The rooms with balconies but some of the balconies are closed in a way that you look outside through windows. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the...

We echo all the rave reviews on the lovely resort with the pools, views of the Dead Sea and the fabulous service. From the moment we arrived and were so warmly welcomed and greeted by Michelle, until we had to say...

Pros - choice of pools, only used adult one as lots of children around - staff friendly and helpful (for the most part) - overall Dead Sea experience is very good (private beach, mud, etc.) Cons - there are so many staff on front desk yet the...
