I previously wrote a strongly worded review regarding the service at the Marriott, however my problem was resolved and I have been trying to remove the review for the past week with no luck. Upon expressing my frustration to the management, they instantly solved our problems and ensured we had a delightful stay. Weather was wonderful, staff was polite, quick...

Once we arrived at the hotel we were in an Oasis. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was amazing and we has a fabulous view of the dead sea. The staff, from the security person to the spa attendant, were so pleasant and accommodating. We rarely travel to the same places twice but we are definitely coming back to this...

This is our last accommodation before we end our tour. It was good but wifi is free only at the lobby. There are no free bottled water as well inside the room. There was a nice ocean view. The room however are very far from the lobby. From this hotel, we visit Mount Nebo

After 2 weeks of travel, we ended our Middle East vacation at the Spa. Immediately upon arriving the staff ensures check-in and movement to your room is in sync with the leisure vibe of the lobby. Tastefully appointed with a private balcony overlooking the property, our first minutes encouraged a deep breath of relaxation. Breakfast is top-notch, as is the...

I have stayed twice in this hotel, for pleasure and business. It is great for families. The pools are wonderful, as well as the service. There are plenty of places to watch the sunset. By the dead sea, it is just a quick jump to experience floating in the Dead Sea. I like their Italian restaurant.

This hotel is ok, but for the money it's just not worth it. The neighbouring hotels are much better and at least worth the money. The F&B outlets are also overpriced. They also use the security scanners at the entrance to stop you bringing your own alcohol into the hotel. The facilities at the Dead Sea are non existent.
