The Precious Guest House is a unique space that offers visitors a place to reset, reflect and create. Located at the Dead Sea, Jordan, it is designed with a slow pace vacation in mind. Guests can enjoy the various relaxing spaces around the property, entirely surrounded by nature and the stunning views of the sea. The property is fully serviced, offering delicious meals and drinks, experiences, security, as well as cleaning and transportation services. Upon booking you will receive a welcome pack to design your stay according to your preferences. The newly renovated house and its grounds inspire an arabesque spirit with a seaside, laid back feel and features four private spacious suites each with its private bathroom, air-condition/heater and a TV. The eye never tires as the residence is adorned with thoughtfully selected art pieces and beautiful antiques, personally collected from around the region. Let the double volume, floor to ceiling French windows transport you outdoors, while comfortably enjoying the many indoor amenities available to you. Each suite has a unique design and color theme that compliments the nature of the property. Guests share a large spacious living room, which includes multiple relaxation areas overlooking the pool and the sea. A variety of DVDs, board games and books are available for your entertainment as well. The two indoor kitchens are fully equipped with a stove, oven, toaster and all necessary kitchen tools and cooking essentials. A delicious breakfast is included with the stay and other meals can be requested from our a la carte menu upon confirming the booking. All items on the menu are home cooked and inspired by local dishes and flavors. Drinks can also be requested during your stay. The outdoor area is the gem of the guesthouse with over 2 acres of landscaped outdoor area that offers 2 pools, a jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen, a spacious bar overlooking the sea, a breathtaking vast terrace and plenty of chill out areas to either relax or be active. You can also enjoy the harvests of our organic seasonal produce from the property itself. The Precious Guesthouse was designed to relax, recharge and uplift the soul. Let us help you do just that.

Najwan the host, and Alex are phenomenal, they make a wonderful team together and always exceeding our expectations. They are peaceful, exceptionally hospitable, always helpful and accommodating to our needs.
The food is beyond exceptional, beautifully created and cooked with true love and devotion. Never tasted anything like this in Jordan- with most delicious and memorable dishes!!
Location is unbeatable, with beautiful sunset, they have plenty of terraces and outdoor areas to enjoy. A Nice bar, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, table tennis, yoga mats and great music selection.

We booked The Precious for a special birthday lunch with our close friends.
The place, indoors and outdoors has a wonderful vibe with a beautiful view on the Dead Sea.
The food was absolutely outstanding, freshly cooked and beautifully served by Najwan, owner and chef. You can feel in every way how passionate Najwan is about what she does.
Highly recommended for people appreciating good food and fine dining.
We definitely shall be back for more memorable experiences. ❤️

We stayed for 2 days at the Precious . It was an awesome stay . The staff were extremely friendly , and so was the head Chef. The service was Excellent , and breakfast was very delicious . Everything was very clean, and well organised. The guesthouse and rooms had a lovely, nice and open -design entrance . Very Convenient location, close to Dead Sea hotel areas & service- area. The outdoor areas were very spacious with exquisite nature - sceneries We will be coming back soon for a lovely weekend getaway...

We spent one night and it was a 5 stars experience. The staff is very kind and helfpful. The hotel had a wonderful decoration and style. The breakfast was the best we tried in Jordan.
We had impressive sunset views from the terrace next to an Outdoor bar whrere to try cocktails and beers.
We will repeat next time.

The Precious is a must stay on a Jordan itinerary. Amazing space and awesome views on the sea with two swimming pools, an outside bar and plenty of spaces to chill. The vibe is tranquil, laidback and sophisticated yet maintains a home from home feel. The food was out of this world and the service was attentive and spot on. Najwan and her team are super friendly and welcoming and gave us great tips about our stay in Jordan. We’re so pleased we decided to stay at the Precious instead of one of the many chained hotels in the area. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house. Welcoming host. The interior is well chosen and creates a warm atmosphere. Everything is clean. We had free coffee and tea and fruits and cold water. Beautiful space also outside by the pools. Great and silent!

this was our most expensive hotel in our 2-weeks journey in Jordan, thus our expectations are high & our evaluation most critical. pro : magical outside, peace & calm, distinguished service could be better : room size limited, quite some cats begging for food (eating from the table as soon as you leave it after dinner/breakfast), good food but not the best we had during our journey while it was the most expensive food we had, not clear what the offer was on the drinks at the bar
when visiting the public beach on the dead sea : it is still quite a walk down & up (at +40° degrees outside in our case)
we were unlucky to have a defect fridge going in alarm in middle of the night disturbing our night rest
