We stayed for 3 nights at Samarah resort. It was a fully furnished 3 bedroom aprtment with 2 baths and a well-stocked kitchenette. The owner Geries and his team is very welcoming and helpful. The location is superb, in between Marriott and Hilton resorts and near Samarah mall (which has some good rstaurants). On the flip side, the Dead Sea beach attached to the property is a small stony rubble strip, lacking soft sand.

We got an apartment for a night. Very nice location and amenities. The restaurant by the pool is very affordable with good sandwiches and snacks. The shore line is very rocky, there is not much sand, take water shoes if you have them. Being the Dead Sea, we didn't walk in far, just laid back and floated. There were no attendants by the beach either. Over all a very good stay at a great price.

Samarah resort was very nice with huge swimming pools and good access to private dead sea beach. It wasn't busy so perfect for relaxing and quiet time. One time we have eaten at a restaurant, the staff was very friendly and food was fine.

Geries our host provided the best hospitality. We were very impressed with the accommodation and the service he has provided. The apartment was clean, the kitchen has been well equipped and the rooms were big enough and beds were comfortable. We were a group of 6 adults and have booked a 3 bedroom apartment. We are definitely planning to return and we already recommended it to our friends and family.

Even though work is constantly being done on the complex, a lot of it looks worn and sloppy. The apartment was also particularly poorly maintained (very dirty light switches, always dirt in the corners). The beach is close by, but still looks very unfinished. In theory, there is a mall 10-15 minutes away, but it is not really attractive. Hardly anyone in the complex speaks English.

We booked a two bedroom apartment for four people. As we arrived at the gates to the resort our booking was not found and we had to wait ten minutes until they sorted it out and let us through, We drove around for another ten minutes not knowing where to go until someone signled us to a parking spot. The apartment had one upstairs open loft style bedroom overlooking the downstairs living area and a bathroom and one dark enclosed bedroom with no windows on the lower level and another bathroom . The apartment has not been cleaned and although it had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and glorious views of the Dead Sea it was filthy and had only a small table and two chairs. Though nicely designed the kitchen offered only two dirty glasses, no coffee mugs, no bottle openers, wine glasses or corkscrews and a mismatched assortment of cutlery and plates which were all dirty. Many of the light fixtues were missing light bulbs so did not work and the fridge had to be turned on after we arrived. There was no toilet paper or soap, two small hand towels in each bathroom and an hour after asking a router was delivered to provide internet access. The resort is beautiful and very nicely maintained with Dead Sea access, a number of lovely pools and a restaurant with a good selection of reasonably priced food and drinks. Staff were wonderfully helpful and courteous.

Great place cheaper than other resorts, rooms are equipped well, pools are good but not so clean
Need to be ready and get everything needed with you before arriving to the resort, not so crowded good place to spend a day or two there.
Overall good experience

Best resort by far. La creme de la creme of Jordan. Great services and friendly employees on site. Home away from home with no doubts. Love the infinity adult pool with breathtaking sunsets. Beach is also very nice with full privacy.

Sitting in the middle between Hilton and Marriott hotels, this property is within walkable distance to Samarah Mall which is a very happening place in this area with lots of restaurants and shops.

Also Samarah Resort is gated compound and you can take outside food back into the resort which can help you save money if you are on a budget.

The resort is well maintained, with private access to the Dead Sea. Resort has plenty of swimming pools with couple of heated ones that are very clean. The Resort also had a Gym and Pool Bar.

Highly recommended for families with kids!
