Nothing positive to say!! Maybe Akaylar's quietness! Every online bookers' nightmare! Stunning pictures on the web, but the worst place I have ever stayed in! Room was not serviced in 3 days (because we had to leave our keys at reception which we didn't and they don't have spare keys!). The 2 guys who were supposed to service the room...

The hotel is situated at the beach and maintains its own part of the beach. The hotel rooms are not in the stone house that can be seen in the photos, they are in a house in the back. The rooms are nice, but I found them a bit too small for 2 people with luggage! There is a nice...

The pension is pretty bad, overpriced and full of deceptive things. There is no free internet or internet connection at all. The hotel image is NOT correct. You probably would not stay in this stone house. Open buffet is not unlimited, how much you eat counts and you might be charged extra. The beach in front, you need to fit...

We stayed only 2 nights here, cancelling a reservation of 9 days. The place is terrible, our room was under sewage smell all times, we asked for a room change, but owner asked for more money, and refused to do anything about this. Hotel offers free internet but there was no internet at all, and the owner lied to everyone...

There are many reasons to stay away from this hotel, but the biggest one is the owner, who is extremely rude and unprofessional. He could not care less when we mentioned safety concerns such as rusty nails sticking out of the dock, and was extremely rude and unhelpful regarding just about everything. Furthermore, the rooms are shabby and not well...

They call themself "boutique" hotel, but they are rather 'gothic'!!!!! No price list exist anywhere for anything - against the law! You pay thrice the price even to a bottle of water and you only know it when you are billed while you are leaving the hotel. They offer you cookies at the beach, without informing that you shall be...

We had similar experiences to the other negative reviewers. The food service and quality was very poor with significant additional charges without our knowledge (coffee, eggs, etc.) even though meals were included. The manager was extremely difficult to deal with (on the rare occasion that he was available). Please avoid possibly ruining your vacation and DO NOT consider staying here.

It was an amazing time and with it one of my best holidays. I was there with two friends and we all enjoyed our habitation. Akyarlar is a wonderful bay and is perfect for people who want relax. The sight is indescribable and the water is so clear. Castello is a beautiful hotel with comfortable furniture. The rooms are really...
