For 3000 pesos you would expect much better. Place has no maintainence at all. I had to clean out the hand held shower holes with a toothpick sobit would spray. Never again will i stay here. Hsd to get them to replace the fridge also.this place is mis managed just as the whole island of catanduanes is. Intermittant power and lack of running water. Instead of providing the local people with a water resevoir the local government pockets all the money

Resort was secure, they have guards on the entrance, staff were friendly and polite! A The hotel was very close to the airport. And it’s about 1& a half kilometer to the town. a band playing to entertain the guests and our room was just at the back of the stage, imagine the noise!

Aside from being close to the airport, the hotel has enough space for guests to lounge around and relax. The restaurant is fair enough and reasonably priced. However, if you need to be leaving really early say around 5 or 6 A.M. in the morning to go and tour the island and its other surroundings, the restaurant unfortunately is still closed is still closed. You may need to find another breakfast place that is open early so that you can be on your way earlier to cover more sights. They also offer a shuttle service to and from the airport for free which is a plus.

we stayed here fore three days during the holy week. it was fully booked during that time and the only room available when we came was the G2 room (which was like an attic room), we were three and had to pay for an extra person and bed for our son. the room was small. we shared the toilet and bath with four other room occupants of G2 to G4. they could have separated the toilet area from the bath area, it was stressful waiting for your turn knowing you have to "compete" with occupants of three other rooms (that is for at least 8 other persons including my husband and son) for use of one toilet& bath. they have wide selection of food on their menu -- but please please inquire for a hundred times if they are really available. my son ordered nachos for his snacks and we followed it up for about three times and the kitchen said it was coming but after an hour of waiting, a female staff told us that they ran out of nachos!... i was about to go ballistic but i remembered it's a season of forgiveness, its holy week. so, i just had to let them know about our complaint calmly.... our food and drinks orders took forever to arrive. so a piece of advise if you do stay here --- select all that you have to order, order in bulk (even your drinks), as you wouldn't know if you can get another waiter or staff for your next order :) ... it could have been because it was peak season. but they should have anticipated it. considering that whether or not their service is great or lousy, we still get to pay the same price. will stay here again, that is if other hotel in the area are fully booked :)

Oh Kemji whats happenned !! Still refurbishing constant noise during the day. Room needs freshening up, dont like to see peeling paint etc and a smell in the air also on our stay the outside bar was closed so seating was very hard to find in the small cafe area. Food was ok but a little expensive, please always serve cutlery even with a burger. Small details matter so dont use toilet tissue inside the napkin dispenser Coffee is of the cheap packet variety famiiar to everyone who knows the Philippines, please use a proper barista type coffee and machine Unsure why baked beans were served cold on the English breakfastand more to the point they were very hard and horrible. remove them from the serving, same with the cucumber it has no place on an English Breakfast. Tomatoes should be served grilled or be on the tinned variety and served hot Didn`t try the massage but prices were reasonable WIFI this time was very slow and poor Swimming time closure is 11pm far to late and very noisey Live Band was playing when we stayed also. be aware there is no escape from the noise until they have finished there set etc. which is late, not even to your room Staff very helpful as always
