I stayed here with 5 other friends, and we loved the accommodations. The cabana was spacious and there was more than enough room for us to spread out. We were able to drive right up to our cabana, which was also a plus. The guy working reception was very sweet and showed us a sloth in a tree when we...

We loved our stay at Cabanas La Pradera. It is beautiful, quiet and the owners are extremely friendly / helpful. It is a perfect place for families who want some peace and quiet, while also being close to the main sites and attractions

This is a beautiful, family owned property. Each cabin has a fully stocked kitchen, with a fridge and stove. The views are incredible and the property itself has much to enjoy, including a pool and a lookout point from which you can see the Pacific Ocean. The son of the owners (Antony) helped us arrange transportation to La Fortuna as...

A surprisingly good experience! Big private cabanas, kept clean and in good standard. Full kitchen, quiet frige, good shower and stable bed. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff very willing to help, book and find out information for us. Small pool, but we never used it as the weather is not as hot as some other parts of Costa Rica. Parking...

We had a 2 bedroom cabin with beautiful view. We walked or took cheap cabs to town. Melissa was wonderful and helped us in so many ways. Melissa and Antonio responded several times via email prior to our trip. They arranged our hotel transport our guide and our dinner reservation and gave great dinner recommendations. Breakfast is available at the...

A group of friends and I were originally looking for something more upscale. Our original choices were booked. Cabanas La Pradera turned out to be a great choice! Melissa, one of the owners, pointed out the resident sloth (who moved from tree to tree on a daily basis) and made hiking and restaurant suggestions. The cabins were spacious and clean....

The location is great. it is 15 minute walking from santa Helena. and a taxi costs 2000 collones. In the gardens where hummingbirds and other birds as well and it was super nice. The location is secluded. and they have a hike from the hotel. we just walked a couple of minutes and then returned but I think it could...

This place is AMAZING! We stayed in 2 of the different Cabanas and loved them both. There are nice grounds to walk and the handcrafted Cabanas are a work of art in and of themselves. We did not have Wi-fi in both cabins, which may have changed by now, but could easily access it via going to the main office....

Set in a stunning location, with a very friendly and attentive host Anthony who was there to help us with anything we needed. The cabanas were spacious, clean and comfortable with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for animal sightings! Highly recommend.

I can't say enough about this place. We stayed three nights in the cabin at the very end of the trail, and it was such a great value for the price. The cabins are family owned and we felt like they were our family by the end of the stay. The owner took us to look for sloths down the...
