We are located in Flaxton overlooking the stunning Blackall Range, on 3 1/2 acres guests can enjoy the peace and quiet on the rear deck overlooking the range and grove whilst enjoying the sounds of nature and beautiful sunsets. We offer a choice of 4 guest rooms: Sharwill Suite, Reed, Hass and Shepard. The guests lounge is air conditioned and well equipped with a large Plasma screen, DVD, Stereo, books, games and a fireplace for those cool winter evenings. Breakfast is served on the Gazebo facing the Blackall Range. There is also a fridge here for guests. We are situated only 500 metres from Flaxton Gardens, 4 kms to Mapleton and 7 kms to Montville.

Stayed with Pam and Dave on Easter Sunday for our first night in Australia after an exhausting non-stop from Canada. They were amazing, friendly and gracious hosts. Very helpful with all our questions. Beautiful quiet setting. Very clean establishment and an extremely comfortable bed. Delicious cooked breakfast. We were sorry we had only booked one night and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

I’m a regular and every time without fail Dave and Pam have given us the most wonderful relaxing time. Avocado Grove is a beautiful B&B in the classic Queenslander style with a view over the mountains to die for. To top off the experience Dave and Pam serve the most delicious breakfasts.

Wonderful place to stay. Great location, fantastic views. Amenities A1 Rooms tastefully decorated and clean. Dave and Pam are very welcoming and their breakfasts are beautifully presented and tasty. Close to Flaxton Gardens and Montville.

Avocado Grove B&B is fabulous- from the gardenia-lined driveway to the crisp white linen, not to mention Pam and Dave’s delicious breakfasts (do not miss Dave’s world-famous corn fritters). Highly recommended.

What a beautiful B&B…..so comfortable and clean. Thank you to the wonderful hosts Pam & David . We had such a relaxing stay. Delicious breakfast served on the deck. The property is in a peaceful location but great for exploring the hinterland. We hope to return. Highly recommend.

Stayed just the one night for our granddaughters wedding at Flaxton Gardens but would love to come back and stay longer next time. Beautiful home with lush gardens on about 3 acres and a home cooked breakfast to die for! Many thanks once again to Pam and Dave!

My partner and I just stayed at Avocado Grove, and everything was excellent, from the room to the welcoming owners Pam and Dave. Breakfast was better than what you'd receive at your local cafe. Pam and Dave also recommended places to see and eat while we were in the region. Lots of small details in the room from little packets of cookies to the fresh bottled water in the fridge. Really made our trip. 10/10, add it to your list.

Wonderful host's! Very comfortable accommodation, brilliantbreakfasts and totally relaxing atmosphere. No matter how long your stay you will enjoy every minute of it. We have had the pleasure of staying at Avocado Grove on several occasions and will certainly go again!!
