1st thing that stood out for me was the fact that most of their staff are too occupied with their cellphones instead of the customers & you left with your mouth hanging open because you the customer is disturbing the staff's chat time. Rooms were lovely & clean. Fast food hall a disaster. Water park lots of fun. Conference great

Good hotel, good service and an amazing water park. Family had a great time. Chiccos restaurant was the only disappointing place. Buffet was expensive and very limited compared to my previous experiences and food was very, very disappointing. Only meat and chicken dishes which i could list, that's how few. Only 1 veg curry was set out around 8:30pm which...

This was our first stay over at the Wild Coast Hotel. We only had a day or 2 of sunshine, but really enjoyed the stay. The pool area is stunning with the exception of the naughty monkeys who are cheeky enough to try and steal the fruit off the top of your cocktail glass while you are drinking it! Our...

Everything in one location: A good hotel, restaurants, beach, a large variety of sports facilities, a huge water world theme park, indoor entertainment and a casino. Something for everyone. The facilities are well kept and attractive. I have been a frequent visitor over many years. I am not disappointed

We had an awesome weekend away at Wild Coast Sun Hotel, the refurbishment really made a big difference to the rooms! The breakfast at Chicos is amazing although not as big as it used to be. The waffles 😍 The hotel is clean and serving and cleaning staff are rather very friendly unlike reception staff. If you're craving a good...

This is a good resort with a variety of activities and facilities. We've been on holiday here a number of times. While, over the years, they've tried to keep up the physical establishment, renovated the rooms, introduced the water park, increased the range of offering at the food court, unfortunately, the hospitality has regressed. Staff are unfriendly from reception, through...

Lovely place. Slightly pricey but worth the money. Excellent water sports for kids and adults. Amazing views of the beach. Indoor swimming pools. Food is terrific. Will definitely recommend. And I would definitely be back

The reception staff could be more friendly when you arrive. They seem to have an attitude. The rooms are lovely as they are busy doing a lot of renovations. It was cleaned every day and the bed was comfortable. The let down for the hotel is one of the food outlets, they have a don't care attitude. No change, no...
