General remarks: The mattress on the bed was very bad. WiFi was not good. TV did not work. No signal and problems with tv cable. Aparthotel has no reception. If you make a reservation through Booking.com, make sure to indicate the time of arrival. If you did not give time of arrival you should use mobile to make phone call to provide entrance. Do not forget phone number of Apart. The hotel has no restaurant. The breakfast was poor. Breakfast will be bring to you in front of the door at 7.30. Please take a look at the photos. When I came, I pushed the button and after few minutes I heard a voice. At the entrance waited Mr. Luca. He spoke French and Italian. Communication in English was very difficult. Luca did not want to give me a bill. After long conversation with face expression, hands and gestures, Luca gave me the bill. I paid by cash. Luca did not return the change. Luca said /pantomime/ he did not have coins....

We had so many problems and issues at this hotel. 1. When we arrived, the front door was locked and no one answered the bell. After 15 minutes we found the phone number and called them. 2. The description said there were 2 large beds and a sofa. But in fact one of the beds WAS the sofa! So we had to ask for a spare bed, which they very reluctantly gave us. 3. The bath plug didn't work and they said it was too difficult to fix. 4. The shower holder was broken. 5. The description said there were 2 toilets, but there was only one. And that one could only be accessed by going through the bedroom! 6. The bedroom TV was missing. 7. There is no sound insulation so we could hear every movement of the people above us. 8 One of the dining chairs collapsed. 9. The bedsheet on the sofabed was ripped.

I went away with seven of my friends to Brussels over the new year. We were lucky enough to have two apartments on the same floor which was really nice. On first inspection I was really impressed. Rooms were spacious and looked clean. Appartment number three had a great layout. Appartment number four on the other hand wasn't so great. The toilet is situated in a position where you have to walk through a bedroom to get to it. Which meant disturbing fellow friends whilst they are sleeping, (sliding doors are really hard to keep quiet!). We were only left one toilet roll between two apartments (eight people). Our heating broke and the WiFi also stopped working but we're fixed within minutes by the owner which was good. Lots of Dog mess outside on the street which resulted in somebody standing in it and dragging in into reception. We were told there would be a toaster but that was no where to be seen, and there wasn't enough plates to go around which meant we had to take it in turns to eat. Overall a nice place but a few things that could be improved.

Location of the hotel is very good, close to Schumann Metro station, it was very clean, equipped with an excellent coffee maker (with coffee, sugar and milk), nice lights in the room, huge televisions (! two). The hotel has no 24 hour reception and there is no restaurant, but they can serve breakfast - in the room! Wi-fi worked well. The room was very quiet.

I booked a deluxe apartment and paid for it. But instead I received a small dark room in the attic with a double bed in the mezzanine level (No. 8). The reserved apartment was supposed to include bath, additional toilet, sofa bed, oven, toaster, toiletries, etc. None of these were in the room. I asked to change the room, I saw it was clearly a wrong room. The girl who took me to the room went out to consult someone, came back and said there were no other rooms. It was a lie, when I arrived I saw 3 other unsigned contrat de location on her desk. The room was very depressing, those pretentious walls and poor lights in the small room make you feel like in a brothel. There was some persistent strong smell, probably from floor polishing liquid. In the mezzanine level it was difficult to sleep because there was so much dust in the air I was suffocating. There were no windows to open on this level and air the place... The so-called 'garden view' on the lower level was impossible to see as the small window was extremely dirty. There was a kettle, but no tea. I asked for one teabag, but the girl said NO. On top of everything, the trash box in the toilet was left full of used hygienic pads, a very pleasant present indeed. The breakfast for 15 eur is a laughing stock, please see a photo. Even in state hospitals they feed you better and at least give you tea. But this hotel apparently never heard of tea. I cannot recommend this place. No way.

My family visited me the 15 of may for my daughter's communion and they stayed in this place. First of all I would like to congratulate the owner for great taste shown in decorating the building and the rooms. He paid a lot of attention to details everything is very modern and classy. You have also a lot of basic things for you to use when you arrive like a nespresso machine with the capsules , sugar , cream, salt , washing liquid ecc. Everything is very clean and in the bathroom you will find also 2 bathrobes for you. I giving 4 starts instead of 5 because they proposed to my brother to rent a parking space for 13 EUR a day even if they know that if you go there the weekend after 18.00 on Friday you can park for free in street . Anyway nothing important really because when I asked the owner to get the money he charged to my brother back , he gave us the money back straight away. This place is well located you have a nice park 5 minutes away and place jourdan is also 5 walking minutes away in case you want to go and eat something.

Ok...when you travel, you know you are in transit wherever you go to sleep... So the idea is: "Let me be comfortable, I'll leave tomorrow however..." however long that tomorrow is. Well, in this case...it feels YOUR place! I wish I had had more time to stay longer in this apartment. I'm actually looking forward to plan to go there again. Nicely furnished, every detail was carefully though of, and all was just great. Space, light, comfort, design... A bit pricey for the time of my visit, but it was a last minute booking, so I expected that. Great location, and nice owner. Yeah, definitely a place to remember and suggest. Thank you.

This place is incredible. It was strange not having a fancy reception area but I got a friendly welcome. I'm an ignorant Brit who only speaks English and the owners speak French and Italian so language was a bit of an issue but they made a huge effort. I arrived about 6:30pm and called when I arrived so they could let me in. You pay in advance for the room and sign a disclaimer. They ask if you want breakfast charged at €15 per day. It is served on a trolley outside your room at your requested time. It was croissants, petit pains, yogurt, fruit, ham, cheese and spreads with fruit juice. Perfect. The rooms are gorgeous. Loads of space, flat screen TVs, well equipped kitchen including nespresso machine. HUGE bed and very comfortable. Beautiful bathroom with roll top bath and excellent shower - hot and plenty of pressure. Rooms are secure with a key fob for security entry to the building. Walking distance to Commission buildings. WiFi is excellent and free. Brilliant pizzeria round the corner. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. I think I'll stay here for every visit.
